Blevins Seaway Motors

This place is disgusting. The spent hours testing my Ram 2500 because the ABS light was on and drained my battery until it was almost dead and then called me and told me I needed a new battery because they do not charge batteries that they drained!! My truck started three days before in 5 degree weather with no problem, my battery was fine until they drained it testing different things trying to figure out the ABS light. The price of the new battery they put in $269.00 and $62.00 to put it in!! Talk about a SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE I DO. Needless to say, I did not get the ABS light problem fixed there and I will NEVER go back. We have purchased Three vehicles from Blevin's and I will Never buy from them again!!!!!!! Very rude and Unscrupulous service department!!

Service Department Manager is RUDE, ARROGANT and INCOMPETENT. When challenged about his unwillingness to guarantee a repair he had just performed he dismissed it by saying “I don’t need your business. Don’t bring your vehicle back here!”

If I could give no stars I would!! Way over priced!! Service department people are very rude. Take your business elsewhere Blevins in Massena is horrible!!!!

Looking to buy a new car? Don't go to Blevins Seaway motors in Massena, NY. They will not deal on the price. I was told the price is the price on the sticker, refused to budge on the price. Gave me only a couple hundred off and would only give very little for the trade in, which I opted to sell and not trade, Got more than double what they were offering.
