Cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with this

Cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with this dealer-wreck. After reading reviews, I decided to give them a shot. I found a vehicle I was in the market for, which was a Subaru Impreza, and I contacted them promptly. I was initially pleasantly surprised at the communication and willingness to provide me with the information I have asked for. After I verified everything, and was happy with the information, I got everything squared away with my bank, and scheduled a test drive at the soonest possible time I was able to make it. I even asked my fiancé to take time out of her day, to ride with me for almost 2 hours to the dealership. We were halfway to our destination when I got an email from the sales representative, telling me that the vehicle sold moments prior, and had the audacity to ask me if I was interested in another vehicle. So this joke of a "dealership" has no honor and no respect for the potential clients. If they had decency to inform me in advance that they would not hold the vehicle, or suggested for a deposit to be placed, I would have acted accordingly. Instead, my time was wasted along with my gas money on a place that has no problem screwing potential clients over at a drop of a hat. Would not recommend the to anyone, unless you wish to be disappointed and upset.

We want to personally apologize for the frustrating experience you encountered with us recently regarding the used Subaru you were interested in. As for holding cars, our policy is to sell vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Without a commitment to purchase or a deposit, we cannot reserve vehicles. Unfortunately, another customer finalized the purchase before your appointment. It's clear from your review that our communication was limited without having a phone number for you. While we didn't have your phone number, we promptly emailed you as soon as the car was sold to keep you informed. Wow what can I say ken did amazing job getting us into a

Wow what can I say ken did amazing job getting us into a brand new car we got a Honda pilot and we obviously love it it’s such a family car not too big not too small perfect for us thanks Ken for being so patient and working with us and getting Into an amazing car that fits our /family ❤️ definitely be back to buy another vehicle from you If you’re looking for someone at Honda make sure you ask for ken he’s a great sales associate out on the floor friendly and kind I would highly recommend this business

Supervised and loan guy extremely helpful.

Supervised and loan guy extremely helpful. Now the sales department that thought putting 255/50ZR 20 tires on is an idiot. You don’t put high speed tires even though it’s says all season they are not. They are like slicks in the winter. And they aren’t doing crap about it. Do your research and look at your tires before driving off the lot!

Great service

Very professional and timely. I didn't have to wait for anything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very friendly and when I did need to wait it was comfortable. Cody was fabulous.
