Read the reviews, this business is shady. Don't buy into their "Service Contracts", because its just nonsense. My wife took our 2020 Cadillac XT6 in for service on 7/31/25 because the air conditioner was only blowing warm air. After spending an hour they told her they didn't have the time to figure it out, but they replaced another part, and would have to make another appointment. After making the follow-up appointment and being insured by both O'Malley, and the Extended Warranty company that there would be no charge, I brought the car into the service center on 8/11/25. When checking it in, the service advisor Kelly Peterson, (who must have been a psychic) that the "diagnostic fee" would only be covered if there wasn't a hole in the compressor or like-wise damage. After sitting an hour in the waiting room, Kelly came up and told me that it was a problem with a "hole" in the condenser (HE KNEW BEFORE THE TECHNICIANS!!! SEE ABOVE), and told me there was a balance due of $269.99, plus some Misc Charges, plus tax. He showed no empathy for them still not fixing the problem. After showing him that I didn't sign for any "Misc Charges" he removed them. Over the course of almost two weeks, and two trips to the dealership we were left with a bill just under $300, and they didn't fix the problem, even though we bought the premium extended service contract on our purchase just over a little year ago. Kelly Peterson needs to be trained on some empathy, and how to treat clients. This business will lie over the phone just to get you in the door. Do not do business, I would rate them 0 Stars if I could.

Cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with this
Cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with this dealer-wreck. After reading reviews, I decided to give them a shot. I found a vehicle I was in the market for, which was a Subaru Impreza, and I contacted them promptly. I was initially pleasantly surprised at the communication and willingness to provide me with the information I have asked for. After I verified everything, and was happy with the information, I got everything squared away with my bank, and scheduled a test drive at the soonest possible time I was able to make it. I even asked my fiancé to take time out of her day, to ride with me for almost 2 hours to the dealership. We were halfway to our destination when I got an email from the sales representative, telling me that the vehicle sold moments prior, and had the audacity to ask me if I was interested in another vehicle. So this joke of a "dealership" has no honor and no respect for the potential clients. If they had decency to inform me in advance that they would not hold the vehicle, or suggested for a deposit to be placed, I would have acted accordingly. Instead, my time was wasted along with my gas money on a place that has no problem screwing potential clients over at a drop of a hat. Would not recommend the to anyone, unless you wish to be disappointed and upset.

Supervised and loan guy extremely helpful. Now the sales department that thought putting 255/50ZR 20 tires on is an idiot. You don’t put high speed tires even though it’s says all season they are not. They are like slicks in the winter. And they aren’t doing crap about it. Do your research and look at your tires before driving off the lot!
