We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon.
We hauled my vehicle over to Newberg on Sunday afternoon. Let a message on the drop of envelope. I rec'd a phone call early Monday morning from the service dept indicating that they would be pulling my truck in to the service bay that morning. Approx 2 hrs later I rec'd a call letting me know that my truck was ready for pickup. They were quick and thorough in diagnosing the issue. Thank you again Newberg Dodge.

Owen was a very personable and courteous young salesman.
Owen was a very personable and courteous young salesman. We never met Krystal Neligan, though guessing that's who Owen kept consulting with during the sale. Unfortunately, Owen led us to believe the vehicle we were considering had all the options we were hoping for, but that did not prove to be the case once we had driven from Vancouver, WA to Newberg for the sale.. Did not enjoy the negotiation process; much back and forth and pressure to purchase coverage we did not need or want. We also had plates from Washington state that were good for another 6 months, and wanted to use those (allowed in Washington State). Were told the title agent was too busy and overwhelmed to handle this "special request", and we therefore ended up paying extra for new plates we did not need. We do like the car; just didn't appreciate the long, drawn out process and the fact that we ultimately did not end up with exactly what we thought we were going to receive.

I had an issue with a set of new tires from Mopar not
I had an issue with a set of new tires from Mopar not being as described on the website. Both Kraig and Omar worked to correct the issue and replace the tires at no additional cost. Their effort was greatly appreciated.

things went well and i was fully informed at all times of
things went well and i was fully informed at all times of the status of my car. They diagnosed it correctly the first time and fixed everything that was wrong. This was a good experience. I wish they would have had apply pay or some kind of digital payment system. it was card reader only. But service was excellent.
