Lithia came through after a mess up with my scheduled

Lithia came through after a mess up with my scheduled service appointment. First they made the extra effort to contact after I left with no oil change. They picked my car up, left me a car to use, and brought my car back. Now that's service.

I dropped my Outback off for an oil change and have them

I dropped my Outback off for an oil change and have them check my AC. I was told later in the day that it would be 3 days to fix it. On the third day it went to 7 days, then 10. When I finally got my car back it had been two weeks. When I parked at my house there was a bunch of water on the passenger side floor. Apparently a clip for the ac broke? I looked over the car more closely I noticed a greasy mark on the visor and greasy marks on the windows.
