I had an awesome experience! They weren’t pushy at all and they gave me all the time and freedom to make my own decisions. My sales woman, Teddi made this experience better than I could ever imagine a car buying experience to be. She cared a lot about me and my experience. Lithia came through after a mess up with my scheduled service appointment. First they made the extra effort to contact after I left with no oil change. They picked my car up, left me a car to use, and brought my car back. Now that's service.

I dropped my Outback off for an oil change and have them
I dropped my Outback off for an oil change and have them check my AC. I was told later in the day that it would be 3 days to fix it. On the third day it went to 7 days, then 10. When I finally got my car back it had been two weeks. When I parked at my house there was a bunch of water on the passenger side floor. Apparently a clip for the ac broke? I looked over the car more closely I noticed a greasy mark on the visor and greasy marks on the windows.
Garvin, I apologize that the work on your Outback took so long for us to complete and that you found a leak from a loose clamp after it’s return to you, and further that dirty marks were left on the interior.
