Park assist not working
The service we received was excellent. We had just purchased our Porsche and discovered a couple of computer glitches and the park assist was not functioning. Sunset Porsche immediately delivered a loaner to us, obtained the required parts to fix the problem, painted the parts, and had our vehicle finished by Friday afternoon so that we would have it for the weekend. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, including the wonderful service from our sales representative Gregg Rennnord who was involved throughout the entire process.

Super Service!
I recently had service performed on my Porsche Boxster. The service included annual service and the installation of new sport exhaust. The maintenance was done perfectly, as it is every year. The sport exhaust installation was even better. The car was treated as if it was their own. The appointment was timely and VERY professional. Ian Prater was excellent to deal with. I bothered him more than most and he made me feel like he was glad to see me and dealt with whatever questions I had. The same goes for Frank Geary. All of the employees at Sunset Porsche truely enjoy their work. Great Service Experience
Excellent service experience. Came in with our recently purchased 997.2 C4S, the airbag light on and a minor issue on the clear bra. They fixed both within a day, provided an Uber to bring me to the office, and did not charge for the air bag issue that was essentially caused by myself when running the battery low. Dream experience for this service event!

Service Appointment
Excellent communication (keeping me informed). Excellent service and great price (including inspection). Allowed me to pick up my car the next day (Saturday). New service facility is beautiful and ultra-clean. Best service experience that I have ever had at Sunset.

First Porsche purchase - good experience
Traveled from Seattle to Porsche of Beaverton for my first Porsche purchase. I initially worked with Mr Gregg Rennord who I spoke with through email to get preliminary information about the car I was looking into. He was extremely courteous, friendly and willing to work with my schedule. I showed up to look at the car with only a days notice due to my work schedule and Mr Rennord graciously made what time he had to bring the car inside to look at. I did do extensive research on the car I was looking into so I knew a fair amount of info about the car but I was hoping to be sold into the car and the brand. I was able to get through a test drive, albeit short, before being handed off to Mr Kyle Mclean who was an all-star. He was friendly and personable. He ensured I was in good hands buying a Porsche, which is something I wanted to know. Part of buying a luxury car is the experience you go through. Unfortunately, Porsche of Beaverton did not budge much on price on a higher mileage car. I did a few months worth of stalking CPO Porsches and I should have walked out and paid the same price for a lower mileage car but the "close" proximity of the car and the car itself sold me. After agreeing on price, I worked with Mr Scott Larson in the finance office and he was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and quick. I was in and out. It all wrapped up with Kyle walking me through the car and personalizing it to me ensuring my phone was paired and I was ready for the drive back to Seattle.
