Gresham Subaru is an unprofessional business to avoid. After scheduling to purchase a vehicle, upon arrival I was told it was sold that am. Sleazy!!

Lost Appointment

Made an appointment to fix a recall item. Told it would take 1.5 hours to fix. Drove an hour to get there. When I arrived they said it would take three hours to fix. Went to the lounge to wait. Within a couple minutes I was told I didn't have an appointment and it would take four hours to fix. I explained I did have an appointment. They wanted me to prove it by giving them the name of the person that made the appointment. Then they told me to come back in a month as they were just learning how to fix it. It is bad enough that it might take four hours to fix but now there will be fours hours of driving time to go back and forth. The recall had a date by which the work needs to be done. Was told not to worry about the date. Sorry, your company hasn't earned my trust. Going to the next level. Good service is a critical piece of the car buying process. One can do better than this dealer. Should note that this isn't my first poor service experience with Gresham Subaru.

Hands down our best car buying experience that we have...

Hands down our best car buying experience that we have ever had. Branden in sales was up front with us and honest. No playing hard ball or car salesmen tactics. Just a super nice guy. David in finance was also easy to deal with. We are glad we made the choice to visit here. I would recommend to give them a shot and ask for Branden.

Sold me a car with hidden damage history

Gresham Subaru sold me a used car with a "clean Carfax" that now has damage from the prior owner on the history report. The damage was from over a year before they listed the car for sale, so it didn't just magically show up. They hid information from me

Either inept management or willing to lose sale over $330

Grisham Subaru price matched Carr Subaru on the vehicle I was looking for. The proposal they offered added GAP insurance, extended warranty, and PULSE. I declined the GAP and extended warranty, and requested information on what PULSE was. They informed me it was a lighting system that flashes the brake light. I researched the product, and found that the system consists of a $15-$30 switch available on Amazon that is easy to install. I declined PULSE. Gresham Subaru failed to respond to this counter offer for well over a day. Either they are so inept as to not have a general manager, acting general manager, or my salesperson contact me the day before a scheduled appointment to sell a car, or they tried to bluff their way through getting me to pay $349 for a $15 switch and failed. Jake Pratt then tried to use my situation (due to COVID-19, there are no sales in WA and the Subaru 0% financing offer ends in 5 days) to justify their offer. I recommend going elsewhere.

Beshara was great to work with on the purchase of my new car! Excellent experience. Didn't take up my whole day with nonsense- just put me in the my perfect car in a short amount of time.

Scheduled for simple detail and when I got there, there...

Scheduled for simple detail and when I got there, there was no tech available. Got rescheduled, again same thing happened after an hour waiting. Both times got stuck in traffic on the way back and forth so I was pretty upset. They gave me a loaner car the second time with an almost empty tank. When I get my car back, they don't have the courtesy of refilling the gas or reimburse the gas expense even after I mentioned that over the phone.

I worked with Chris, as a first time car buyer the process went smooth. I was most satisfied with how personable and caring everyone was.

Great price and flexible

Gresham Subaru provided us with great pricing that allowed my daughter to buy her first car loaded with many more features than she ever dreamed of. Dealer also went above and beyond to work with us in utilizing our choice of outside financing. Finance manger respectful of our time and got us in and out of his office quickly.

Worst service visit ever!

I bought my 2018 Outback from this dealer and had a his buying experience. When the car needed some repairs I decided to go back to them for the work, what a mistake that was! From the start, the service writer argued about every single item I brought up that needed attention. He then brought in another service writer to help him argue even more. I should have walked out right then, but at the time I assumed he was just a jerk and that the repair person would get to the bottom of the cars issues. Well, they only looked at a few of the items I brought up, didn't even bother looking at some of them, and worse made up excuses about the ones they couldn't figure out. After 2 weeks they said the car was ready, I come to get it and find they had left off bolts, damaged the window tint, and did a horrible job fixing rubber trim that was loose. I talked with the manager, while he was courteous, nothing got resolved, so I went to another dealer to fix Gresham Subarus mistakes. It was a real nightmare of an ordeal at Gresham, stay away if you value customer service.
