Volvo XC 60 SUB
I have bought two Volvos from Jim Fisher. They make it easy and fun to buy a new car. I have all of my servicing done on my car at Jim Fisher service department. The service department technicians are friendly and helpful. The maintenance on my both of my cars has been excellent. When it is time for me to buy a new car I will buy it at Jim Fisher Volvo.

Very Satisfied
The mechanic discovered we needed new rear brake pads and an alignment. We were about to head off on a 400 mile trip. So glad he caught it. Marvin, the service contact called us right away and we had the work done. The car was ready early and the dirty car we brought in was all nice and clean. Can't beat this service.

Excellent dealership
An all-around excellent dealership. For 20 years in Pennsylvania, we used a Volvo dealership owned by a friend. Even so, Jim Fisher Volvo is by far the best dealership we have experienced, including a Mercedes Benz shop, and another Volvo dealership in New England.

Jim Fisher Volvo .. The best dealership experience
Doran is an absolute professional. I had many questions in all different aspects of the car buying experience. I looked at many different models of the Volvo lineup. Doran answered every question and didn't flinch. The entire experience at Jim Fisher is unlike any other dealership. My daughter and wife both commented how it didn't feel like we were at a dealership. That is the highest compliment I believe you can give in this space. My 2011 Volvo had routine maintenance.
Jim Fisher Volvo, Portland, Oregon, provides consistently excellent service. Nick Tsytsyn is the service manager who handles my car. He is planning ahead for some necessary maintenance, as I am frequently running low on oil.

Even in these unpredictable times brought on by COVID-19, it was easy and prompt to drop-off my Volvo S60 at the dealership and I received it back even before the time communicated to me by the service staff.

We are on our second and third XC60's. We bought all three of them at Jim Fisher and have had every service performed there over the last 10 years. Every single service visit with the Blue Team of Nick and Rich has been exceptional. When one is not available or on vacation, the other seamlessly covers and provides the same incredible service. This time, Rich was our Service Advisor, and he exceeded all of our exceptions with his friendliness, professionalism and attention to details. We could not be happier and more satisfied, and have no intention of anyone, but Jim Fisher Volvo, and Rich and Nick touching our cars!
