From purchase to warranty claims my experience has been terrible. Started with both the salesman and finance guys lying about which credit score they base... interest off of. Then the wheels they sold me with the car are discontinued. In less than six months after the purchase,one was damaged ( was hit in a parking lot) so the entire set must be replaced. I contacted the body shop manager to see if my stock wheels were around, it took months with multiple attempts and no reply before i was able to corner him. He said he emailed the sales manager, that was about two months ago, still haven't heard anything. The car had been running rough for a long time, i was finally able to get it in due to the long wait because of scheduling. When i finally get it there it apperently has a bad head gasket which i have to reschedule to get worked on. After I get the car back I can tell by the next day it is not runnung right still.I email my tech immediately we try and schedule for the following monday, but i call mon morning because I had a pressing job and couldn't make it. I leave a msg to have him call me to reschedule but never hear anything. After another week I decide to call, they negate all details and schedule me with a different team who determines two cylinders have oil in them and i need to come back in 3 weeks to get them repaired. I explain i made this app. to have the repair today not in 3 weeks. I talk to the service manager to find out whats with the lack of communication. He apologized and said he would see what he could do,that was 3 days ago and ive still heard nothing. My car is usually in storage right now and im paying hunreds of dollars in insurance to get repairs because of Vancouver Ford's incompetence. I wish i could give the car back and walk away, horrible experience.

This was just one of MANY RECALLS on this vehicle. Would never buy another, for sure! This particular recall was the airbag. I realize this is not Fords... "fault"...however the information provided regarding the recall was extremely misleading - and all FORD. First off, the verbiage of "potential death and severe bodily harm" has me, obviously, very concerned. My daughter drives this vehicle. I was not comfortable with her driving this car given the information provided by Ford! They advised the issue would be addressed by Q2 2018. We just got the car back yesterday. I insisted on a rental car for my daughter until airbag issue was resolved. During this waiting period for parts to repair airbag, the "Power Steering Gear" went out! This is when I made further contact to this dealership (Vancouver Ford). The service advisor was aloof, at best! He seemed put off when I was shocked to hear $2500 to repair power steering. The car is a 2010 but only has 65000 miles. If this was the first and only issue with this beast, it would be a different story. Anyway, off track again...I am reviewing the dealership! The girl who answers all the calls and is responsible to make contact with us customers is RUDE! I am not going to elaborate unless someone from Ford calls or reaches out for details. The ONLY person who appeared to care and want to "work" in my best interest was the service manager. He was BEYOND helpful which is why I am giving 3 stars for customer service...otherwise it would have been zero! I am done with this vehicle and will be happy when we are rid of it; thus requiring us to NOT have a need to utilize the "services" of this Ford Dealership.

This is the only place my ESCAPE has been serviced. I have never had a bad experience here. Friendly knowledgable staff and service is great. Price is... reasonable.

Your quick lane auto service is excellent. Simon took care of my trucks new tires yesterday. He has helped me numerous times. I’ve had all 4 of my... families tires replaced there and other services He always gives 110% and even filled out forms for rebates to make things that much easier. He goes above and beyond every visit.

Great initial experience with Vancouver Ford. I had just purchased a used Ford in another city and brought it to my hometown dealer to get it serviced... and checked out. Knowledgeable and really helpful people in Service Department and at the Parts Desk. The price was very reasonable. I look forward to returning when I next need service.
