First time Ford owner, trust broken

It was easy to schedule my 100k mile checkup and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately I didn't take my truck in to make friends. I received a check list of all "points" that were inspected. 'Coolant Reservoir Filled' was checked, but when I checked it (yes, it was cold when I checked it), it was well below minimum. Clearly the box on the checklist was just checked. So now I really don't know what, if anything, was actually checked. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he responded immediately with apologies and offers to "make it right", but then all communication beyond the first apology e-mail stopped. Another issue I had brought my vehicle in for was the air conditioner. Cold air would blow from my vent even when the control was not on AC. I described this and paid for "diagnostics". I was told that my blending door was stuck, and received an estimate to fix it. I opted not to do this. Later I learned (though my own experimenting and the Internet) that it is normal for Ford Ranger to run the air compressor when "top/floor vent" is selected even when it appears AC isn't on. I would have expected a certified Ford service center to understand this immediately and tell me, rather than diagnose some other problem and charge me for it. I don't think any of this was done intentionally and I understand things sometimes fall between the cracks. In all, there seems to be a genuine desire to "service the customer" here, but communication and follow-up is lacking and like I said, I didn't bring my truck here to make friends or be treated nicely: I wanted my truck properly serviced. I want to feel confident that my truck is actually being looked at and I'm not just receiving a checked-off checklist.

2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium

I purchased a new/used 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium with 1800 miles from a non-Ford dealer in Spokane. A subsequent Carfax report showed they had replaced the original battery with a non-Ford battery (unknown why), and I subsequently experienced electronic problems that included not being able to open/access the vehicle. Brandy was my service advisor at Vancouver Ford and she was outstanding in her help with the problem. The vehicle was serviced and a Ford Motorcraft battery was installed in the vehicle and returned to me the very next morning. I?m very grateful to Brandy and the service department for their quick and thorough assistance.

2021 Santa Fe

Kyle was awesome and got me into the car I wanted and needed. I went vfc to the Kia dealership and they were trying to get me to buy something I really didn't want. Kyle went way above as and beyond what he really needed to and I really appreciate his time and effort. I will recommend kyle and Vancouver Hyundai to friends and family.

2008 Ford Escape IMMEDIATE engine shutdown.

No repairs performed because codes had been erased. Had taken vehicle to an independent repair service because Ford service couldn't take in vehicle within two weeks. Too long considering what codes indicated as an immediate problem. The Ford Escape Hybrid engine shuts down IMMEDIATELY leaving you caught in the middle of traffic, etc. Considering the severity of the problem there could be a minute or so after the Issued Code to time of shut down to allow you to pull off to the roadside. VERY unsafe!!!
