I came in needing to trade in the mach e because it no

I came in needing to trade in the mach e because it no longer met our needs. We knew we were upside down and not sure if it was possible to trade in for a truck which we desperately needed. The sales person, Michael, listened to our needs and quickly found the perfect truck for us! Five star experience!!!

Good experience this week with oil/service appt, as well as fix for battery recall issue. Tim was very helpful as usual, wait time was reasonable, and results are positive.

Terrible communication.

Terrible communication. Biggest one was that closing the body shop within in a month of dropping off my vehicle.....I mean, what? Coupled with an apparent lack of concern the experience was more traumatic then the crash that brought me there.

Paid cash for a 2023 Transit Connect.

Paid cash for a 2023 Transit Connect. It was a lemon with really bad tires and in shop within 5000 miles. Tried to trade it back for a 2025 Maverick. Had a really good sales rep. Although the Maverick was less expensive, they wouldn't help me with the lemon. They offered to trade the Maverick for my Transit plus $8,000. Found that unacceptable. After talking a bit, we left with the lemon. My wife is disabled with a medical scooter, limiting choices we have. Still lokking.

I had the BEST experience buying a vehicle at Kendall Ford. Everyone was friendly & helpful. No pressure atmosphere. I will defiantly be buying my next car here. Five Stars Plus!!

They did us really good.

They did us really good. This is the third car we have gotten for them. Chase was the sales person. He did a great job getting us the car we wanted.

Out with old and in with the new!

Out with old and in with the new! After A LOT of test driving, comparison charts, and a huge amount of indecision on my part, I finally made up my mind! And I really appreciate the patience and help of staff at Kendall Ford of Vancouver for helping me make my decision and feel good about it! They went above and beyond and found me the perfect vehicle! I bought a brand new 2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line! And I love it! I used to drive Ford Explorers at work so I knew I loved their performance in bad weather and most of all their comfort. I have a really bad back and few vehicles have such comfortable seats and smooth rides as the Explorer. The 2025 Explorers have a lot of new safety features, seamless integration with my iPhone, sensible controls and much more. To make things easy for me, the staff delivered my new Explorer to my home and picked up my trade-in (which they also gave me a fair price for). Thanks everyone for making it all a go! Loving my heated seats right now too!
