I have visited this dealership many many times and purchased several vehicles both new and used. Trips to the service department always fall short of expectations.... Not once in numerous visits for repairs with different vehicles have the repairs been completed correctly the first time. It always takes two or more trips back to them to get it done. I have always let them keep the vehicle for as long as needed by them with instructions to get it fixed and then I will pick it up. They have for the most part tried to get it right, sometimes at my expense. I keep going back because I figure they will eventually get it right.
I was replacing 4 tires. I had a long wait, but I was there over lunch hour during the quarantine, so maybe that was to be expected.
Easy scheduling, friendly reception, quick turn around. Service well documented and understandable.

The process went quickly faster than usual. Jeremy explained It well from start to end. My wife and I thought he dealership was very clean and quiet.... I stick with FORD through out my life. I have bought a 2007 F-150, a 2006 F-260, 2001 F-150, 1998 F-150, 1989 F-150, 1984 Ford ranger, and 1976 Ford Ghia. I been a loyal FORD person. Also, Jeremy Noble is a excellent FORD representative.

I am used to my car being vacuumed in the front and a free wash after a service which wasn't done. I have a shake in my car at a certain speed and they... diagnosed it for a large fee. Just high prices an d no reward except a big bill and an oil change.

I recently had some warranty work done on my 2007 Hyundai Azera. There was an oil leak, and a diagnosis revealed some leaks in the front cover, both valve... covers, and the oil pan. Since I had purchased a warranty when I bought the car there, I only had to pay the deductible. While performing these repairs, the mechanics were also able to take care of some other maintenance. Amazingly, all the service to the vehicle was completed in just over a week. When I left with my vehicle, I was amazed at how smooth it ran. It feels like new, even though it is 13 years old! I?ve had it back for about two weeks now, and every time I drive it, I am amazed at how well this vehicle runs. The service at Vancouver Hyundai is always very efficient and the staff are friendly and attentive. When I dropped off and picked up my vehicle, I could tell everyone was being careful to take safety precautions related to the pandemic.

Excellent experience. The service manager called me to approve every step that was taken to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. They were able to diagnose... and repair the vehicle in less than two days. I have used them for repair services for 15 years.
