Not a bad place to buy a car, I guess, but the service department is a black hole of stupendously bad customer service. "Schedule service online", it says on their website and every 15 seconds on their hold music (I've spent a lot of time on hold. A LOT of time) but they don't even look at the online schedule, and only use a paper book for appointments. When you DO get an appointment, they may or may not actually work on your vehicle at that time. I've now been without a car for five days while I get told "Oh, it'll just take an hour or two" and then "We had to order a part" and "the part didn't arrive yet" and then "the part's here, we'll have it done by lunch" and then "Oh, the part's here, and he'll work on it first thing tomorrow" over the next several days. At this point, I've reached the decision to sell the car as soon as I get it back (if I ever do) and never, ever go near a Ford again, just to avoid this customer service.

Awesome experience!!
The best car buying experience I have ever had! I visited 5 dealerships today and this is by far the best and with the least pressure. Lewis is THE man!! I would recommend anyone to go see him to find a great car and honest pricing. He stayed so late so he could get me exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Lewis and thank you Laurel Ford!!

I went in looking at a specific car that I saw on their website. i reviewed the carfax that was provided on their website and also got several car values from other online sources. I came up with a price that i thought was fair. When dealing with salesman i told him my price and after several negotiations they also decided my price was acceptable.

Worth driving 1300 miles to buy from Laurel Ford
The Laurel Ford team worked with me via phone, email and text before I went there to purchase my F-150. And when I got there they treated me courteously; the team is very friendly and professional. Special thanks to Jim, Eric and Bobby. It was a pleasure working with them and buying from them. I drove over 1300 miles to buy my truck from Laurel Ford.
