This is our 5th car purchased from John Wiese Ford and we will be back. Everyone we dealt with (Eric, Luke, Gabe and Kim) were good to work with. Even the people in the body shop that added our accessories and took the time with us to go through the installation of the additional parts we added were great. Would recommend John Wiese to everyone.

I had my vehicle there 2 different times within a week

I had my vehicle there 2 different times within a week and they couldn't find out the problem. Changed a sensor and changed me $730. But not the problem so I towed it back. Still can't find the problem and wanted to change the fuel pump. I said no and had it towed to my local shop and finds out that it was the fuel pump regulator. Never go there again they guess what is wrong and will cost you for them guessing.

Hail damage vehicle

My van was brought in for an estimate on the hail damage and the staff has gone out of their way to help step me through this mess with my insurance company which I will name (Progressive) didn?t bother to get a ladder to inspect the roof of my van and wrote the most incomplete estimate possible! Now the gloves are off, how could they be nearly 50% off with their estimate (Progressive)?

Excellent service

Service replaced CV joint. They worked with my travel schedule and the truck was done & ready when I returned.

I love my new car from John Wiese Ford

I highly recommend buying a vehicle from John Wiese Ford. Eric Moritz, our salesman, was so helpful in finding just what I was looking for. He was so easy to work with and a good communicator. Kim, the finance manager, gave me the best experience I had talking with a finance manager. We bought from John Wiese because we trust their service department. They are top notch. I bought a 2020 Ford Escape that was a dealer car used as a loaner. The car is like brand new. I love the car! I love all the standard features it comes with and all the addons. It gives me confidence driving on Minnesota roads covered with snow.

I scheduled a service on my F350 of an oil change and fuel filter change 5 days in advance. I arrived as scheduled and as they were doing oil change they informed me they had no fuel filters. I had scheduled and they confirmed my service multiple times. They should have told me before I drove 50 miles one way to get the service that they didn't have the filters. Very disappointed in this service.
