Wonderful customer service
Our salesperson Clint did an excellent job helping my daughter find the perfect car. Telicia worked with us on financing to ensure a great deal that my daughter could afford. Customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Riverside Chrysler for any of your car needs.

BUMMER
Bought a car,($5.700) found out afew weeks after it needs about $6000 in repairs. Transmision and rack and pinion. They Would not Help.Pretty sad way to do business

Everyone was very friendly and approachable. Lenny explained all the features of our truck and set up our bluetooth, etc. The process was smooth, we didn't feel any pressure. New (used) car after 2-3 months needed repair
I have mixed feelings. As I was taken care of with my extended warranty for the repairs and Riverside picked up my car in Green Bay and paid for my bill at Chrysler World, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and odor and a few minor mechanical issues with the loaner. Also, my gas tank wasn't where it was when it went to the shop. I had nearly a full tank of gas when my engine quit working, and when I got it back it was just above half. I understand it was used to drive my car back to me (from Escanaba, MI to Pulaski, Wi), but it should have been filled to where it was, like with anytime someone uses a loaner car and gives it back to the dealership with the amount of gas it had. Also, with most dealerships I've heard of, I was expecting my car to be washed. Not a big deal though, as I was happy to have my car back. The major things were all taken care of, but just quite a few small things added up. The customer service with everyone I talked to was excellent and they reassured me everything was being done right and so far my vehicle is driving wonderful! I would recommend riverside Ford/Chevy, with the consideration of working on the few small things I have mentioned.
