Can’t trust them

Sold me a used truck with brakes and rotors completely worn down. Metal on metal. They told me the vehicle had been serviced and passed inspection. Well I had to spend nearly $1,000 to replace my brakes and rotors less than 2 weeks after my purchase. I would take any vehicle from this to be inspected by a 3rd party. Better yet, I wouldn’t even go to them. These guys can’t be trusted. No help with any of this after the fact. They basically tell you to xxxx off once the sale is done.

Out of State buyers beware.

Purchased a vehicle from them. Being out of State, the transaction and delivery were great. But, the after care from the dealer is horrible. I asked them to have the delivery driver bring all the title docs with him, they didn't. The Oregon temp is going to expire and still no docs, and all I get is the run around from the dealer. At the least, they could have overnight the docs. Now I run the risk of getting a ticket for the expired temp. I will take the salesman to small claims court to recover the cost if I receive tickets. Out of state buyers beware.

Over the top service

We were coasting into Pendleton amidst blankets of smoke and the check engine light was flashing. Every call was a dead end. It was Friday and everyone was short staffed and tired and closed for the weekend. We are driving to SoCal and have hotels booked. I called Swains at 4:50 pm and they closed at 5. Justin answered. I was begging him and he relented as we were only 4 minutes away. I was almost in tears. The techs were fantastic. They diagnosed it immediately—ignition module—and it only took 20 minutes to fix. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We gave Justin an additional $140 in cash as a thank you. In the midst of all the horrors in the world it was great to meet with fabulous professionals without whom we would have been SCREWED! Thank you.

Best buying experience ever

Not only was this the easiest purchase ever it was very different than other dealerships. I felt no pressure to buy and was not rushed to decide after making the decision to buy from them and trade my car in. We came to an agreement easily and in friendly terms. So refreshing not to have to go through all the back and forth nonsense. I have already told family and friends about them and would surely buy there again.

Love my car

They are good to work with and we have dealt with Swan Motors for many years!!! We bought a 2019 GMC Terrain diesel. Never had a diesel car before. It gets great gas mileage and drive very quietly. Would highly recommend this car!!!

Professional Dealer ship

Wait time was very short, two service items were taken care of in no time , the parts dept ordered my parts and they were there when I was told they would be, Justin was exceptional in getting me in and out as promised, I really enjoyed coming to this Dealer to buy and the service was excellent. I might ad that Mike, my salesman was a no nonsense Professional, he had me in and out of there in no time at all, I will be back to buy another car or truck some time in the near future
