Poor customer service

I bought a 2010 Jeep from them, over $17000. The interior of the vehicle was very dirty. I've bought cars from dealers before, they're at least vacuumed out. Pre-purchase, there was a known problem which was that the tire light was on. The sales guy said he'd checked the tires himself and they were fine, but they couldn't replace the sensor because they didn't have the right tool. After purchase, I took the vehicle to a local shop to get the sensor replaced. That shop wouldn't do it because the tires on this 12 year old vehicle were all 15-17 years old. I emailed the dealership and got a call back but after a few days they informed me that I couldn't prove the tires were unsafe so they wouldn't do anything. I sent pictures of the DOT code and cracks within the treads, and offered to bring the vehicle to them so they could see for themselves. I doubt that I'll ever buy another vehicle from them or have any service performed there.

I was on a website looking for a used low mile F150 , and on mora Chevrolet and Buick they had one I was interested in so I called them and talked to Brittany and asked questions about the truck she said I go outside and look under the truck and see ,wow that is service, when I got off the phone I was happy to take the 1.5 hr ride to check this truck out , when I got there we took the truck for a drive and I loved the truck as advertised, then I told her I wanted the truck and she introduced me to Todd H. Went into his office and we talked numbers , he set me up with everything thar you NEED when spending your hard earned money, I put down money and put that towards the GAP insurance, that Todd .H told me I should think of getting 5 year 75.000 MI warranty, well two weeks later I totaled it, and he saved me alot of grief, so I called Todd and asked him to find me another truck like the 1st one and he worked hard at finding me the truck that I love , and the team at mora Chevrolet and Buick will work hard to help you get what you are looking for no matter what it is ,even a Ford , thank you Brittany, Todd H, and the rest of your team for everything you've done to make buying a truck fun and enjoyable, YF Dino


Not the best experience at all, won’t be back.

Top dollar for theirs and Jack squat for yours, is apparently the motto. And no negotiation whatsoever!! Are we here to sell cars or not?? Would not refer anyone here.
