Vehicle service

Very pleasant experience, everyone is always very friendly at this dealership

Personal business vehicle

Go there if you want to spend 3 times the cost of another mechanic shop. Plus it takes 1-1/2 weeks just get your vehicle fixed. I decided to give them a try and was quoted $1600 for a repair....thought it was a bit high but figured I was in a pinch so gave the go ahead. Then the next day received a call that they were having problems removing parts because of rust so they were going to have to replace a steering box...online price $344 but all of a sudden my price went to $3000.00 I told them to put it out in the parking lot that I was going to come pick it up. I walked in to get my keys and pay my bill...$128 for an inspection fee. Not one thanks for stopping, how can we help you or any type of a greeting when I arrived. Customer service needs a lot of work. Brought my truck to another mechanic shop got the same repairs done plus to additional items fixed for $1350 all said and done. Curious on how that happens. Never shop or give my business here again sorry.

2017 Equinox

I was greeted by a friendly service technician who promptly processed my paperwork. I was offered a ride back home. When the car was done they called and came to pick me up. Very good experience!

Parsons gave a customer what they wanted!

Stopped at all garages and tire shops from land o lakes thru eagle river "too busy" to remove steel from deflating tire so I could continue 160 mile trip home. Each only gave the name of another. Parsons was just as busy but gave this almost stranded traveler what I wanted at the time I needed it most. That's a service model I believe people can trust.

Exceptional Customer Service from Collision Center

I was preparing my 2013 Equinox LTZ (purchased new in May of 2014) for winter by cleaning it inside and out. To my dismay I found a 1"x5" rust spot on the inside bottom of the rear passenger door. Couldn't believe it and I couldn't remember if the vehicle was at 36k or 38k, I was really upset. When I showed the spot to my husband; he said, "Call the dealership and see what they say". Yeah right it's Sat, afternoon. Well I took my husband's advice and called. I reached the Collision Center Manager, Dave Menden, at Parson's of Eagle River, Inc. (Eagle River, WI a half hour from our home). Dave said, "bring the car in and I'll take a look at it". I was so surprised, he was really interested in taking care of the problem. When I arrived Dave checked in the computer system and found that we were ten miles shy of being over the warranty. He said we will fix that door and do the other three too. He also arranged for me to have a free rental car for the days my vehicle would be in the shop. I was so relieved and happy that my vehicle was going to be repaired and Dave really gave me exceptional customer service. Thank you Dave and thank you Parsons of Eagle River, Inc. you made my day and gave me another reason to say I am a Proud Chevy owner!
