Michelle B was awesome!
We live in Minnesota metro area and were looking for a late model Ford Explorer. Timber Ford had one that we loved and it was priced below what we were seeing in the MN Metro area. We dealt with Michelle B. as our sales person and another Michelle with their finance department. We loved the entire experience and both Michelle's. Our sales person took videos of the vehicle for us and emailed them to us. When we saw the vehicle in person it was exactly as advertised. It was the smoothest vehicle purchase I've been part of. Loved the whole experience!

Rip off Shop
My 2014 F150 (purchased from Timber) needed a switch for my wipers. The job took an hour, most of the time waiting on the part from an auto parts store. They charged me $210 for this “hour” of labor. I can’t imagine how they can sleep at night. STAY AWAY!

This was a surprise! Someone bought us a car from Hayward Ford. Brian was wonderful helping surprise us. The Escape rides so nice, starts really well in the cold!. We are very pleased!

Ecellent service for recalls on my f150. The service reps and mechanics were very knowledgeable and very respectful. In addition my dog was allowed in the waiting room. Now that's service!!!

Kyle and the service department are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. The technicians are professionals and do a high quality job. Michelle in the sales department goes above and beyond before, during, and most importantly, after the sale. Quality team all around.

Great sales, lousy service
When purchasing my vehicle last week, I added a package in that required I bring the vehicle back this week. I scheduled the appointment for 9am & was told it would be done around noon or so. On the appointment day, I brought it in before 9am & was told it should be ready between noon & 1pm. I returned @ 12:45pm & was told it would be another couple hours or so. No one called or attempted to let me know that & I am NOT happy about that. We had spent almost 4 hours already in town shopping, getting breakfast, etc & since the dealership is no where close to town, I had no intention of sitting in their tiny waiting room for 2 or 3 hours. The Asst Sales Mgr is the person I talked to twice, once to make the appointment & again when I brought the vehicle in, telling me noon to one. Megan, the service advisor, was very personable & checked on it for me & got stuck telling me how it wasn't ready & wouldn't be. I would recommend the dealership for purchasing, but never service.
