I walked into the showroom knowing exactly what I wanted. They didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, but they said that they could make another model just like it. I'm not a car expert, and there wasn't enough time to thoroughly look through everything to see how it compared. One of the very important items I needed was a tow package with a 2 inch receiver. The salesman I was working with assured me that they could make it happen. After nearly a month, the added items were installed, but there was a HUGE problem. A tow package with a 1 1/4" receiver was installed. I told the service department that there must be some mistake. They treated my like I was the idiot because they said that Honda doesn't even make a 2" receiver that fits my car. I had a long talk with the salesman that I had worked with, and he did not take any responsibility for the mistake and showed no remorse. I asked if they could take off the tow package and credit me back, and they said they "couldn't" do it. I went to U-Haul to get the correct receiver, but they really struggled with the install because the removal of the incorrect tow package was very difficult due to the poor workmanship by the dealership. All I can say is this... I won't buy another car from Stirling because they are not trustworthy and honest.

Love Stirling Honda
I purchased my Honda CRV from Stirling. I was so impressed by the sales staff. The buying process was quick and easy. My husband bought his Honda Accord from Stirling a few years ago and was equally impressed with Stirling. I took my car back to the shop a few days ago for a minor computer glitch. They fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Hi Dana, we are so happy to read such a great review about Stirling Honda! Thanks for the recommendation, and have an amazing day!
No honesty or integrity
I bought a used car here that supposedly had been thoroughly inspected. I trust that dealerships do a detailed inspection of cars prior to selling. After just three weeks of having the car, DMV paperwork not even filed, the car started leaking oil, had battery issues, and an odd clicking noise. I called the dealership and was told that I could drive the car an hour up to Stirling and they would be kind enough to inspect it for me at no cost. Any repairs though are on me. Previously, I have bought cars at Toyota and Subaru dealerships that graciously stood behind any issues. Update: called the owner twice and have not heard back. Toyota inspected my car and found that the oil cooler line had to be replaced, and that Stirling Honda, when they changed the oil, didn’t put the oil filter on correctly, so it was also seeping oil. 440 dollars later and two days of my time wasted. It also appears that the car has a third oil leak somewhere and this morning it did not start. Don’t buy cars from Stirling or trust their Service work / inspection. They will tell you once it leaves their lot it isn’t their problem. My trust in used cars has been entirely obliterated based on this experience.

Want to keep your Honda past its expiration date?
Stirling Honda has taken care of my 2003 Honda Element for the past 15 years. They have always exceeded my expectations and if you want to keep your Honda past its expiration date Tom is the man.

UNREAL
I’ve read the reviews on …RIGHT! I drove 4hrs across state to buy a Honda they jacked up three grand. Only to be pressured, hassled, detained, belittled all because Nathan ,Who has to be the owners son! Couldn’t take no for a answer when I told him I didn’t want the extended warranty! Then he started to lie about how he the manager of the dealership NOT He’s the finance manager! Because I asked to talk to the manager at that time! I have never spent so much and been so disappointed ! With that said . Tim the sales man was a pleasure to work with and he met all my expectations unfortunately Nathan’s actions definitely negated any joy I got from buying this car!!!

Car buyer, what do you mean, title?
No pressure buying a new CRV. Sales, finance, were considerate. No pressure to add on service or any other items. Delivery went smooth with the sales man explaining the cars features.

Rip off
Knowingly sold us an overpriced SUV. High pressure sales tactics pushed us into paying thousands over what the vehicle is worth. Would NEVER recommend those scam artists at Stirling Honda!!
