Full story, don't buy from Speck Chevrolet Prosser

I would give a half star if it let me on this unprofessional dealership. I put a deposit down on January 6th, 2022 for a new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2. Everything was good until I got a text from the guy I was working with on April 21st that showed the price of the vehicle and had a handwritten note on it that said "5k dealer markup" . When I called them out on this BS additional pricing they simply stated that "everyone was doing it" and then I told them I would not pay that price . The GM "Rick" then threatened to keep my deposit (illegally). So they did cut the $5,000 in half so they only ended up stealing $2,500 plus tax from me when it was said and done. When I filled out my online survey on the dealership they were all the sudden interested in me again because of the poor review. hmmm it seems that they don't like when things cut into their $$ money but when it is the consumers they have no problem. Things are tough enough in the economy right now without these dealerships taking advantage of everyone because they "can". I will not be using this dealership ever again in my future and will take my business to someone who cares about their customers. When I called the dealership back (after getting a message to call them from "Alex" the sales manager) he was immediately hostile towards me and kept talking over me and not letting me finish a sentence. Well that was the good part of his involvement as next thing I know, when I was explaining to him what has happened from the start of my buying process, he hung up on me. How rude and totally UNPROFESSIONAL for a sales manager at SPECKS CHEVROLET BUICK OF PROSSER to hang up on a customer that just spent $80k on a new vehicle. I would not want to wish this dealerships service and sales onto my enemies let alone someone I am friends with so no I would definitely not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. The GM and the sales manager are supposed to be two of your top people that can handle dealing with customers but this dealership has failed on both of these people, "Alex" and "Rick". General service for my 2017 3500 diesel pickup

I went in for an oil change and was greeted by friendly staff at the service department, they went above and beyond and made me feel welcome and comfortable and I got my truck done in and out in a timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone as I’m from out of state

Joseph and RJ went above and beyond

We arrived at the dealership 20 minutes after it closed, and we did not expect anyone to be there. However, RJ and Joseph were just finishing with a customer, and they chose to take the time to help us. Long after closing time, we finished purchasing my son's car, and we were on our way home. My son LOVES his birthday gift, and my husband and I are extremely happy with the personable customer service we received. Thank you Joseph and RJ for making this experience so positive! I will be recommending you to all of our family and friends.

Electrical issues

We were having problems with our 2002 GMC & took it to the Hall service dept on a recommendation from Wine Country RV. Alex & Cesar were very polite, professional & gave us great service, even providing us a ride back to the RV park. I would highly recommend this service dept.

Was having issues with my vehicle when I contacted Halls and within minutes they made arrangements to take my vehicle in. Once the vehicle was there they diagnosed it called with the results and took care of the problem had the car back by mid afternoon of the same day ! Not only did they take care of the problem they also took the time to wash my vehicle !
