On 6 February had my Dodge Journey iln for a problem.

On 6 February had my Dodge Journey iln for a problem. Problem was detected repidly and the service advisor, Manuel Soto, did a excellent job. Thought I would be in there for hours as a condensor was going out. Lessl than a hour later the condensor was replaced &I was on my way. Thank You Very Much. James Savidge

Jay, Adrian, & Brian are absolutely AMAZING!

Jay, Adrian, & Brian are absolutely AMAZING!! I kept telling them this has been the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Lithia does a great job making the car super clean before u drive off! LOVE THE SALES DEPT!

Excellent Customer Service

I have to say that each and every time I visit Lithia CJDR of the Tri-Cities is ALWAYS a Pleasant Experience. The Service Dept; Oscar, Dexia, Austin, and Miguel, are always pleasant, they always greet us and remember us as we bring in our vehicles for their regular maintenance. Sales Dept; Lolo Lopez; BEST D--- Salesperson We have ever met. (My husband and I have purchased 25 vehicles thru the last 40 years) Lolo is and will be the only Salesperson we will recommend to any one who asks! He is not pushy, not annoying, nor is he a hoverer. Lolo is very amicable and a down home person. Sales Finance: Brian and Ivan, very conscientious and caring during our interaction of signing of contracts and going over the financing. Brian and Ivan called me the very next day to see if everything was going well with my new vehicle and if I had any concerns. I did have a couple of concerns relating to the charging of the vehicle (not related to them or Lithia).They listened to my concerns and were able to offer suggestions. Over all, Lithia of the Tri-Cities have loyal customers indefinitely.

The overall purchasing process was great but once they

The overall purchasing process was great but once they received their money and the paperwork was signed, downhill the experience went. Do not return emails requesting additional paperwork and no returned phone call from the service department requesting information about updating the UConnect software.
