they are very friendly,and do good work. the olny thing it is hard to get thrue the automated phone system. I am old school and dislike, trying to talk to a computer,it never seems to get things right, I much prefer to talk to a real person.

I was qouted a different price for the rear axle fluid
I was qouted a different price for the rear axle fluid change on my 2018 Dodge 3500. I was told 188 and change after taxes. When I hot to the shop it 80 dollars higher due to being qouted for a 1500 not a 3500. iI was told I was sent an email but I did not see it. I may or may not have changed the rear axle fluid myself if I had known the correct price. The service writers need to be sure what vehicle they are looking at before sending a quote out to a customer.
