I inquired about a pickup a couple months ago, but was really not looking hard to trade because I had alot of money tied up in my current pickup. Ted understood where I was at on my pickup, and was willing to negotiate and help me get into the brand new pickup I wanted. He not only got me a great interest rate, but was willing to include some hitch install labor and accessories etc. into the deal. I got quotes from some big dealerships, and in communicating with them they weren't even worth visiting. Found this dealership online and I'm certainly glad I did. The whole process was great and I'm very happy with the trade difference and rate Ted was able to get me. I live 3 hours away and it's well worth the drive. I am really enjoying my new Ram 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi, awesome pickup! I highly recommend this dealership, thanks Ted!

Couldn't be more happier with my experience. Ted and his staff took personal interest in our transaction, wasn't easy getting rid of the good old 98 Ram that I'd had since new, but the new 1500 with the awesome hemi made it too hard to pass up! Fair price for trade, great price on new vehicle made it the right time to trade up. The thing is - this place actually takes the time to listen to what you want and helps you get it done, without trying to get you into something you don't want. Great experience, takes the headaches out of buying a vehicle. Couldn't recommend more, they'll actually listen to what you want and help you find it!!

Unique because my wife is disabled so our search for a SUV was dependent upon the internet. Surprisingly, only Ted and his staff at Dakota Chrysler took my search seriously. Ted asked what I wanted, listened to me and then set his group to finding it.
