I’m rating this service center 2 stars mainly because of
I’m rating this service center 2 stars mainly because of the cost of services. I was charged $790 for an oil change, fuel filter change, and tire rotation on my 2024 Ram 3500. I just had the exact same services done on my 2013 Ram 3500 at a reputable mechanic next door to tanners and was charged less than half that price! To me this is just plain robbery! And when I complained I was told that’s just the going rate. Maybe for them it’s their going rate but it’s clearly not elsewhere! I will not be visiting this service center anymore except for warranty issues. I expect dealer shop prices would be higher but not by more than double the price! I also don’t think they even checked the tire pressure when they did the rotation because the pressure was all over the place according to my dash readings. Also when I purchased my truck I paid for extra protectant and was told I’d be getting extra wipes of something. Never heard or received another thing since I drove off the lot. Not the service I expected after spending over $110,000 on a vehicle. Feel ripped off!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand why the cost and follow-up left you feeling frustrated and disappointed—especially after such a significant investment in your Ram 3500. While dealership pricing can be higher due to OEM-specific parts, factory-trained technicians, and equipment required for newer heavy-duty models, we clearly fell short in explaining the value of the services performed and setting proper expectations. Being told “that’s just the going rate” is not the level of communication or transparency we strive to provide, and we apologize for that. Your concerns regarding the tire pressures after the rotation and the protectant package you purchased are also troubling. Both should have been handled with greater attention to detail and follow-through. That is not the experience we want any customer to have, particularly one who has trusted us with a premium vehicle purchase. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your invoice, address the tire pressure concern, and discuss the protectant coverage you referenced to ensure nothing was missed. Please reach out to our Service Manager directly at the dealership so we can look into this personally and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
