Everyone at Tanner motors was absolutely exceptional. Taylor went way above and beyond to try to help us, as did Shane. We had so much fun doing it laughing and we ended up with exactly the vehicle we wanted. Color style everything. They really did an amazing job and I would recommend them to everyone.

The service department is knowledgeable and the one thing I like is that you get to talk sirectly to them instead of a call center who doesn’t know anything.

We appreciate your patience and understanding that while this direct communication is beneficial, it can occasionally lead to longer wait times when connecting with a service advisor.
Should've gotten 5 stars but the service advisors were in a bit of dissaray when I questioned what the thresholds for various engine components were, time-wise. Jada however tried her best to get answers for me and was persistent. To the point I asked her where else she had been a Service Advisor? This was her first experience. Don't let her go. Trapper Holden was there interjecting as necessary.
