Felt that the multi point inspection was glossed over, as
Felt that the multi point inspection was glossed over, as brakes need to be replaced. Also gave coupon at check in and that was never added to our invoice.

Tanner Motors has always given good service in a timely
Tanner Motors has always given good service in a timely manner. However, I wish the service techs would reset the information console back the way I had it. This time the Reset Oil Life window was open and I couldn't get it off. It will mean a trip back to have that taken care if it is still on when the car is next driven.

Sorry about the Oil Life Monitor not being reset perhaps you could call in and we can walk you through restarting it without making a trip in? I will share this with my Service Manager and make sure it is addressed with the Technicians.
