In dealing with them when I bought a GMC truck I asked

In dealing with them when I bought a GMC truck I asked them to provide a hitch and they played games and in the end would not proving the hitch and then when we left the dealership within 10 miles of driving the truck the engine light came on and we ended up taking it to another dealership and the diesel regen filter was plugged and the throttle body also needed replaced on a diesel truck with less than 20,000 miles on it my thoughts Notbahm reset the engine light and ignored what was wrong with the truck and sold it to us for 83K needless to say last time I will buy anything from them

Gerald sold us a Dodge minivan

Gerald Mace was an excellent sales person. He showed us a variety of cars and let us drive several to help us detetmine which vehicle we would feel most comfortable buying. He showed us the important features (pro and con) of each car. We are satified with our purchase and thank Gerald for taking the time to assist us with our decision.

never answered my question

never heard back on the used cadillac escalade I was interested in. You would think with the economy stock market, a dealership would be interested in selling the car. The inquiry was through cars.com so maybe they didn't read my inquiry.

Johnny: Fortunately, we did contact you multiple times! When placing a lead with just an email address, many times the responses come back as marked SPAM by your provider. Thankfully, we still have the vehicle you are interested in and are absolutely wanting to work with you on making it a reality! Some background so you can check your files: ? We received your lead on 3/7/20 - Our sales associate responded with an eBrochure of the vehicle the same day. ? Broke down in Montana!

Having broke down on our way home to California, they were quick to respond and got us on our way within hours of having the car towed to the dealership. Very courteous and professional! Makes me wish they were located closer to our home in California!

No pressure sales

Buying a new truck from Notbohm Motors was great! There service was top shelf. Each person we encountered was friendly and without the typical high pressure sale attitude. Should we remain in the area and need another vehicle... it will be Notbohms for us!
