Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in all departments except the office and quick lube! Sales, service and parts all treat you disrespectful! Sales will only sell you what is on lot! Their repairs are not done correctly and they don’t care! They lie and falsify paperwork as well!

Wonderful dealership.

Great staff, going out of their way to make a customer feel special. 12 years and 4 cars later, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Happy with my service call

I broke the antenna off the roof of my vehicle and when I first brought it in was told that they would need to order the base as well as the antenna and replace it all. The cost was significant but I needed it replaced so I told them to go ahead, order the part and schedule the service call. It turned out that the service tech was able to just replace the antenna saving me a TON of money! He could have ripped me off by replacing the whole thing even tho it didn't need to be replaced, but he was honest and only replaced what was needed. So nice to deal with honest people that don't try and take advantage of someone!

Excellent Service!

Excellent service. They even delivered the car to me over 100 miles away. Service that was beyond what i expected.
