greatest service ! was stranded in 105 degrees. Norm Stalnaker(service mgr.) dropped what he was doing and diagnosed problem (broken fuel injector) replaced... it himself in the heat outside and had me and my little dog back on the road in a little over an hour. I'll never forget the kindness shown to me.I will drive back to them for service(100 mi. roundtrip)dan Doherty
My new dodge has been at Hansen's now for over a month have not ever been contacted by them and have no idea when I will get my truck back all the work... is suppose to be done under warranty. Moral of the story is I would never buy a vehicle from them and I would never take my vehicle to them again.
I recently posted a review about my Kymko and I wanted to report that Hanson's did the honorable thing and got me a different machine. I appreciate that... they did the right thing and I am hoping the new machine is everything we want in a side by side. Tracy and Doug worked very hard to get the other one running right. It was just a bad apple and I am so happy to see an end to this issue. Thank you all.
Bought a used diesel and they said that fifth gear nut was repaired 5 days after buying guess what went out you got fifth gear called them and there responce... was I don't know what to tell you it is a used rig with no warranties then today well just now the clutch disintegrated and I have only got 5000 miles on the truck since I bought it and they said that it had a new clutch too I call bs called them and got the same responce I will never buy a thing from them agian!!!!!!!
This truck was a '99 Diesel with 290,000 miles on it. When we apraised it for trade-in, 5th gear was out (nut probably had backed off). Customer took ...it to have it repaired, and traded it in with 5th gear working. It was working when we sold it. The customer was never told it had a new clutch. It was what it was---a 14 year old truck with 290,000 miles on it. Everything was working properly when we sold it. It isn't hard to destroy a clutch in a diesel if it is abused. This truck was sold "AS IS", and the customer new it.
