We felt that length of time it took to buy new car was too long. We arrived - 10:30-11:00 am and did not complete transaction & leave until 4:30 in afternoon. I had already made an application to our credit union for a loan so there shouldn't have been any issue there. It seemed that the sales person had to keep going to his manager for info on what kind of deal he could give us- took too long. Sales person was friendly & was not high pressure which we appreciate.

I am on a fixed income and was worried I wouldn't be able to get a nice vehicle. But I ended up with a very nice one. All the employees that helped me were very professional. The service was way above what I expected. Thanks so much! I definitely will do business with you in the future.

Robert Grozdanich was great. He took the time to find out what I was looking for by asking some detailed questions. I never felt like he was "selling" just making recommendations. I had no intention of buying a car that day, but he had the car I was looking for and I received a good trade-in value for my old car. Steve Casper and Dan Renfroe answered my financing questions and I was able to finance at the Dealership instead of making a separate trip to my bank. The process was very smooth and I love my new car! I would absolutely recommend Robert Grozdanich and Northland Chevrolet to my family and friends.
