These guys were awesome.

These guys were awesome. I picked up a new travel trailer nearby, but a long way from home. I stopped in here and Kris and Paul (sales and leasing) voluntarily spent a good bit of time helping set up the Pro Trailer Backup Assist on my relatively new Ford F-150 for free, even though I didn’t buy from them. That’s customer service! I would definitely buy from them if I didn’t live 1500 miles away. Not sure I would have received the same consideration at home.

Poor overall experience.

Poor overall experience. GM was rude uncooperative about pricing and possible trade in. Only reason I bought was bc I was looking for a certain van. Turns out van has a rear shock that was per my mechanic was and had been totally shot for some time. Dvd player screen doesn't work. Don was nice but during the price talk the GM told him any drop in price was coming out of his Don's commission. Was hoping for better.

I like that the dealership is not high pressure to sell

I like that the dealership is not high pressure to sell but focused on customer satisfaction. We can speak openly about our needs, likes and dislikes and reject or accept any offers or explanations without fear of deception or intimidation.

Great customer service from Derrick, very knowledgeable
