Untrustworthy Actually worthless Liars to save a buck Don’t use trust them kia sportage goes in for oil consumption testing, first time was 5 quarts low after their first 1,000 mile test. then the miraculous B&G engine additive they put in then second thousand mile test they say only used a half quart lol! get car home , I change oil and somehow mechanic for to put 3 bolts in 2 separate inspection covers. I call and am told they’ll send replacements! Well , 2 months later still nothing and the car is back to burning 2 quarts every 500 miles. straight up liars to save a buck because of engine recall. if you buy from these losers , your warranty will be worthless or the dense clientele will mess something else up! Pure thieves trying to line their pockets! STAY FAR AWAY

Would like to leave no stars, can't be done. I have been having bad experiences with this place since June of 2024. In for the 3rd time, at this point in time. Have asked for the General Manager to contact me. Unsure if that will happen. Oh, they've had it over 3 weeks, so far. Won't return calls, I have no idea what they will say is wrong with it. Went back because I thought it was covered under warranty. Likely is not, suprise!

Grace was amazing! She made sure that my vehicle’s issues were addressed promptly and kept me updated on the progress. It made me feel good to know that I was in the loop so there were no surprises and Grace made it feel like there was a personal touch to the care that my vehicle was given.

Scuffed my car door on the first oil change by incompetent staff, I am very unlikely to purchase another vehicle from here. Staff is friendly though some of them have this weird smile when talking to you that is a bit off-putting when you notice it. Best thing I can say is the waiting room is comfy with some nice cheap snacks and water bottles. Sorry, no soda.

Our salesman Riley Peterson was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about our new Kia Sorento. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The gentleman who went over our features in the vehicle was very knowledgeable. All around we had a wonderful experience at this dealership.

I've had my Carnival for 6 months and they recommended an
I've had my Carnival for 6 months and they recommended an oil change even though I only have 3900 miles on it. Took it in and was told it would be 45 to 60 minutes. Service rep went through waiting room around 45 minutes in and said they were wrapping it up. After another 30 minutes, I was tired of waiting and went to service desk. It was done, but they didn't have the paperwork. Finally found it and thankfully, the service rep went out to bring my vehicle out for me. It was blocked in so spent another 10 minutes waiting to have it out. Got in and the tire pressure was showing as 42 - 44 psi on all 4 tires. At my next stop, I check the tag on door frame and it clearly states 37 psi cold weather temp. I called back to the service department on my way out of town (live 30 miles away) and asked them why the tire pressure was so high. Response was "they must have over inflated them" (no kidding) Told me I could bring it back and they would make it right! Told them I could do that myself and not have to wait forever to get it done! Not impressed at all!!!

Buyer beware when purchasing a warranty!
Buyer beware when purchasing a warranty!!! The knock sensor went on my 2019 sportage. I’ve maintained the vehicle through the dealership since I purchased. They’ve had it for a MONTH and it’s still not fixed!! One MONTH!! It’s about a $200 part and around $300 to have installed and it’s a part covered by my warranty! I’ve only heard from the service department twice, both times to tell me they’re still going round and round with warranty. They were supposed to call me 2 weeks ago regarding a loaner car, never received a call back. I would have to say do not believe the hype about the “great Kia warranty.”

Worst service department you’ll ever come across.
Worst service department you’ll ever come across. The sales side is fine, but the service department is notorious for how bad they are. I could write a 20 page review on the nightmare I’ve gone through with them. Bottom line is they’re the only dealership within hundreds of miles and if something goes majorly haywire with your car, you will pay for it dearly and find out why. Stick Hyundai instead they’re just as affordable and the same company. And Kolar up the hill blows this place out of the water.
