Good buying experience, besides the slowness of it. Had a couple of problems with the car, only for them to not do a darn thing....we sat right there. It doesn't take half n hour to fix breaks and rotors. And Portland Glass did a horrible job on corner of windshield with the black goopy stuff and made a mess of it and got it along the hood as well. Not so happy with both services. Nothing got done like it should have. Left there last week with brakes still squeaking. Wasted 3 1/2 hours of our day up there for nothing!! It was a very big disappointment.

Love going to Ford in caribou. The salesman is especially helpful. Greets customers at the door. He always returns calls and obtains information customer is asking for. I hear a lot in the community that this salesman provides the best customer service. I will not go anywhere else for cars. Even the owner says thank you for using his company!!
