I bought a truck from them that I found online. I had sales man that answered me online, David Boehm, drive the truck and look at it for me. He verified all was well and in good condition and ready to go. I sent my brother out by plane, David picked him up at the airport and got the paper works finished. My brother brought the truck home. I live in NY and the truck was in North Dakota but I trusted them due to their dealer 4.8 star rating. I began looking at the truck and noticed a dented cab corner and lots of other small things and realized the truck had been wrecked. I called him back and told him I did not want the truck. Cory, the manager then called me, I got an estimate from my local collision shop, and Cory sent me a check to cover half the bill. Still not ideal because I would not buy a wrecked truck, but all things considered, I feel they made it right and took care of me and they deserve credit for that.

If you want to lose a lot of money on your trade go to Eide Ford! They listed my vehicle 12,000$ more than what they gave me in trade. I will never buy a vehicle from there again.
