Eide Ford in Bismarck was great to deal with. Ryan took the time to show us all the features in the Ford F150 we were purchasing, Whitney in Finance was great with answering any questions we had. They even delivered our new vehicle to Minot since we couldn't take it home with us the day we test drove it.

I had the most incredible salesman and management staff for the sales people to help me purchase my vehicle. They bent over backwards to work every possibility for me and to show me the vehicles I was looking for and let me test drive those vehicles. Then after I did purchase the vehicle and came in to pick it up the finance staff spent a good part of an hour going over everything with me. The salesman would not let me leave without totally inspecting the vehicle and showing me every nuance of how it technically worked. I have an eight year warranty on my vehicle, and I'm looking forward to working with Eide Ford dealership and it's ataff!

Joe was the associate who assisted with purchasing my new (to me) 2014 Escape. This was (my) first time purchasing from a dealer and I was a little hesitant until I met Joe. I ABSOLUTELY could not be happier. He was VERY patient, kind, knowledgeable and answered ALL of my questions (which I tended to repeat) lol I felt NO PRESSURE to make any decisions I wasn't comfortable with. I will DEFINITELY be passing his card out and referring everyone I know! Thank you Joe (and the Eide Ford Family) for a such wonderful experience!!! I can't remember the gal's name (I believe it was Sabrina) who helped with title registration but was wonderful too!

Submitted an internet inquiry about a vehicle and got immediate response from Nate. Upon visit, sales staff (Nate) was great to work with. Very customer friendly, allowing me to check out several vehicles and make my own decision. Being from out of town, sales and business staff (Moneer) worked with my time schedule to help get the vehicle and paper work ready. Probably one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a vehicle.
