Had oil change was in and out just as promised. Very thorough job and touched all bases with me on what needs future attention!

I had an appointment at 2:00 pm. I drove right into the service shop and a person greeted me, asked name & what I needed. I had several recalls that were outstanding. They told me they should be done by 5pm. They called about 4:30 & said the car was ready.

Big busy place. Amazed they stay organized. Only a few minor miss q’s. Cashier was the strangest person. Not very professional.

Everyone I interacted with was kind, engaging and informative. Probably the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.

I was having an issue with my car running poorly. I talked to Skyler who was unable to get me an appointment until 9/20. He told me to stop by to troubleshoot to check if it was safe to drive. I stopped by after work. Steve quickly had someone drive and assess the car. After a short time they informed me of the issue and were able to make the repairs for me immediately. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication. I was so impressed by my experience today. Thank you Eide team!
