The whole process of buying my new Subaru was off the hook. I live 100 miles from the dealer in the northwoods. I had made an appointment online with the salesperson and from the time I walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. Truly a well managed organization of professional folks. I looked at 3 different vehicles and test drove 2. I purchased a Forester and financed it thru the dealer. The salesperson handled the whole transaction--WOW!!

Watch your purse -

Bought a brand new 2019 CrossTrek - paid cash - and paid extra to have an autostart installed. Was told it would take three days to put the autostart in. When I picked up the vehicle, there was no autostart. When I showed the paperwork that I had paid for the autostart, I was told that the $550 "Accessories" fee was for "Miscellaneous administration fees". Ridiculous. Who leaves their brand new car at the car lot for almost a week to have "miscellaneous administration fees" installed? I have nothing good to say about this dealership.

Very very over priced. Misleading in how long and how much it would cost when I called to set up appointment for what I wanted (took twice as long and cost twice as much because they ?assumed? what I wanted wrong

Subaru Forester

Friendly atmosphere, Justin sold me this gem of a car, 2019 Forester. He gave us a nice trade in price, and a fair price on the new car.
