Back in Oct. 2024, I came in and was looking at purchasing a new vehicle. I decided I wanted to order a 2025. When I asked, with trade in, what my price I would need to ask my lender for to get estimates on financing, as well as seeing what GM would have as far as interest rates and financing. The number I was given I then took to my lender and a few others. My husband and I then went in around Nov. 2024 and talked with the salesman and new car manager to clarify the amount and ask about the price we would need to ask out lender about. They knew my trade in had a loan pay off and called both times to get the pay off amount. We were given the same amount to ask lenders about financing. Then after some back and forth, my husband and I decided in January 2025 to order our dream vehicle. At that time, we received a text confirming they got our initial down payment. I also confirmed the amount with them one more time and was told, yes that is correct. After that I had no emails or updates or any contact from anyone about my vehicle until I called in mid-March 2025. At that time, I was told my salesperson was no longer there and given a new salesperson. They figured out what was going on and called me and updated me. Fast forward to End of April 2025 and my vehicle finally arrived. Right away, I wanted to speak with financing and get the process started as we are located 100 miles from the dealership and wanted everything ready to go when we got there to get the vehicle. The finance person called, and I asked the price that I should be calling my banks about for financing. I was told the same number I had been told the 3 previous times already. I called my banks got estimates for loans and called the finance person back. Once they called me back there was a lot of confusion about how I was getting the amounts I was getting. He asked what price I was telling my lenders; I told him the same amount that he and the others had been giving me. Suddenly that was not the correct amount, and it was $20,000 more! The papers we had were confusing and did not have pluses or minuses or anything indicating any final amount, so we went off what we were told 4 times. They would not do anything to assist in trying to figure this out other than offer me a little lower interest rate, which my lender was able to beat by .75%. There was a lot of back and forth and they would not do ANYTHING for us, no coupons for service, no amount off, no trying to make up for the fact that 4 times we were told incorrectly. It wasn?t until we still decided to go ahead (and only because of my personal lender mind you) that they gave us a minimal $1000 off and corrected the purchase agreement being sent to my lender 3 times before finally giving me a final one that was way different than even the 1st two as they took off my down payment amount. This was a very difficult, in fact the most difficult, car buying experience I have ever had. We spend over $10,000 a year in the service department and love the service team so that is why we decided to purchase a vehicle through Puklich. After this, we will not be back. What a shame that the most they could do for us was say sorry and give us $1000 off. The only reason this is not all 1 star is because the service department is wonderful to work with and the salesperson we had the 2nd time was amazing.

Not the greatest. Because I own a Chevy vehicle and took it to a Chevy dealer and in my eyes got pretty poor service for the money I have spent there in the last year. 11,000.00 for transmission work last January. Now this January a deal/gasket goes out another 300.00 dollars and battery was dead due to cold weather. Got them to jump it to start then radio wouldn?t turn on while warming up went back in and the mechanic do t know the name said. To unhook the battery make sure you take the neg post off first. I told him I didn?t even move the car it was still warming up he shrugged his shoulders and said I don?t know if we have time. I just left very unimpressed by not having a little time to help. Might be taking business to another dealership and will tell family and friends

Took GM vehicle in for an oil change.
Took GM vehicle in for an oil change. Vehicle leaking oil from filter on garage floor. Called dealer and they acted like it couldn't be something they did. Emailed service manager no response. I need to have oil changes at a dealer to maintain a powertrain warranty or I'd go it right myself like all my other vehicles.
