Lied about services performed, go anywhere else!

Lied about services performed, go anywhere else! Went to Ward Muscatell Subaru in Moorhead MN. They said they completed an inspection of the vechicle, an oil change, and a tire patch on the driver rear. I took my car to another Subaru who stated the inspection that was completed at Ward Muscatell was completely wrong and due to the amount of metal shavings in the oil and filter there was no way they changed the oil. My tire continued to leak, so I took it to Costco tire to place a patch. Costco did a thorough assessment of the tire and concluded the tire had never been patched or repaired. I contacted Subaru corporate to reach out to Ward Muscatell and they were unwilling to refund me for the services they did not do. Upon reading reviews there was at least on other person who had a similar problem where Ward Muscatell lied and the person paid for services they didn’t do back in May of 2024. Do not take your car here for service, they have already lied and stole from their customers do not make the same mistake I did. It’s worth the drive to R&G Subaru in Detroit Lakes!

They lied about performing service on my car and tried to cover it up. I had to go to Subaru of America where I was able to get confirmation that the service in question was never completed. I will never go back to Muscatell Subaru ever again and you should be cautious of any service that you get done by them.

2024 Subaru Forester Limited

The salesman was extremely helpful! He went thru all the features of the car. The dealership gave us more than we expected for our trade-in. The financing was at a great interest rate. The whole experience couldn?t have been any better!

Frustrated

Brought my car in for an oil change. Mechanic spilled oil on engine while changing. Tried to clean off but didn't do a good job. Stunk for two weeks as oil residue burned off. Couldn't put car in garage without stinking up the whole place. Not very happy with sloppy job.

Outback Purchase

Working out the transaction long-distance was no issue whatsoever. Muscatell searched to find the exact car I wanted and kept me informed along the way. All of the folks we dealt with at Muscatell were terrific to work with. The only improvement they could have made was getting our correct address on documents, but we got it worked out quickly.
