Had a brake issue due to drained fluid from a burst /

Had a brake issue due to drained fluid from a burst / leak somewhere. had it diagnosed quick enough but there were challenges with my aftermarket parts. Delays progressed and turned this into a 3 month job. As one piece of the system got checked / fixed, the next piece in the chain was found to have issues. Communication mistakes and progress updates could have been quicker to eliminate a lot of the delays. Needs better coverage when people are out. Ultimately things were resolved, but could have been a lot smoother.

Troy started helping me the second I called to inquire

Troy started helping me the second I called to inquire about a car. He kept me informed and was a pleasure to work with!! Christian did the financing paperwork and was also efficient and professional. As far as car shopping goes, it was a good experience. I would recommend them and I plan to make my next purchase with them!!!

It was annoying and confusing how many numbers I received

It was annoying and confusing how many numbers I received text messages from during my appointment. One number from them wanting to buy my car. One number from "Servie Center". And 2 different numbers from the Service Coordinator.
