time before this last time went there toget oil change and tires rotated i was watching and the guy never did rotate them and claimed he did so finally he admitted he never did which really made me mad

We had an appointment at another facility and they had our vehicle done on time so we could keep our other appointment.

Service time was quick even though I didn't have an appointment and the service dept. even helped get some lower prices on parts. They Fixed my car

Well, besides the fact that I had a "rocky" history with my sales rep, he was very professional and courteous. Then again, anything to sell right? Everything else was a good experience.

Communication between the Quicklane and main shop could be improved. Seems the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing.

I need a warranty repair and they got me in quickly and fixed it.
