A few days ago, it was the first time to visit the oil changing facility. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. Dan, from the other Ford shop building across the street answered my questions about a touchup procedure in a very helpful and informed way. I returned a few days later to pick up some touch up paint and Owen checked out the slight scratch on the car and gave me the necessary advice about how to handle the issue. In the oil changing facility and the body shop everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Yes, I'd recommend the facilities at Jamestown Ford to anyone. C Roth
