Very pleased with my new vehicle. Had the 2 best awesome salesmen at Carpros Tacoma, Jesse V & Jon H!! They were very patient,and thorough in explaining about my New 2025 Kia K4. I would highly recommend in specifically asking for Jesse or Jon. You will be very satisfied! Great customer service, very clean atmosphere,friendly employees,very helpful and absolutely 100% top notch guys at CarPros!! They will assist in helping you with your credit to still process and make sure you will drive out with a new car! :-)

Warring to financial service!
Warring to financial service!!!! When you buy car from here make sure you have to proof of insurance.I do proof of my own insurance but somehow "ICCU" they changed for the insurance $3,983.00 and they can refund about $2500 and less money for the late fee to unproof of my own insurance.What the hack!!!! They just changed money to insurance even have insurance or not....

I bought the Kia soul last year September.
I bought the Kia soul last year September.They are very nice and helpful but and after 3 months later I had a mail from " Idaho central credit union"about they changed me for insurance $3,983.00 without my agreement even I have my own insurance.They asked me about proof of my insurance and about my insurance detail for....This is fuxxing .... I'm never had before like that!!!

I had my 2015 Kia Optima towed to Kia of Tacoma on
I had my 2015 Kia Optima towed to Kia of Tacoma on Thursday. The acceleration went down to 20mph as I tried to accelerate the continued to jerk. Service told me they would look at it at 8 am on Friday. When I picked up my vehicle at 5:40 pm I was told that the car was still jerking and that I had to bring it back this coming Monday. I’m highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I have received. I have been a long time Kia customer and have owned two Kia vehicles. I’ve experienced the recall for engine replacement on my Optima but have had nothing but inconvenience and financial challenges since. I sincerely hope the technician can pinpoint the source of the jerking and get me back on the road feeling more confident about my Optima.

My Very First Service here just bought New 2024 Seltos
My Very First Service here just bought New 2024 Seltos 2-months ago- I was told when it’s about to hit it’s First 5 Thousand Miles Schedule you’re Very First Oil Change. Well to my shock 😳 they couldn’t get me in within my Schedule for 4-weeks! I was worried because I knew by that time it would be close to 6 thousand miles because I drive so far to work. I understand they probably can’t help this because they sell and service so many Kia’s.. But it was just a little off putting… I even asked them “IF” maybe 🤔 I could come in on a Saturday? Because the Kia in OLYMPIA WA lets you show up on Saturdays at 7:30am “walk-in” oil change and Olympia Kia told me no problem 👍 bring it in on ANY SATURDAY. “ BUT”” Tacoma CarPros Kia told Me No to Saturdays???? Other than this the only complaint is when I FINALLY GOT IT INTO SERVICE 4-WEEKS LATER - I asked them if they could WASH IT MY BRAND NEW KIA 2024 I just bought 2-months ago- The service guys saiD- YES 👍 OF COURSE NO PROBLEM 😉 But when I received my car back after service-, There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THEY WASHED IT NOR NOT EVEN USED A GARDEN 🪴 HOSE ON IT!!!!?? My New SUV LOOKED THE SAME! Windshield and back window were still dirty like “ EXACTLY THE SAME “ as when I arrived! The front of my SUV Hood couldn’t have been sprayed with water nor wiped because it still had the Dirt and dust all over it a AGAIN SAME AS WHEN I ARRIVED! So I didn’t say anything I just left and drove to Brown Bear 🐻 Car Wash and Paid to get it washed! One ☝️ REALLY NICE THING THO THE SERVICE GUY DID WAS HE PAID FOR MY FIRST SERVICE OIL CHANGE! ❤️❤️🥳💰 This was Nice 😊 because I assumed when I bought a Brand New Kia 2024 with No Miles on it! I assumed it automatically came with Free Oil Changes for at least 36,000 miles or something? But found out - Nope 👎 They don’t care you bought Brand New? No Free Oil Changes.. I guess…? My Wife’s New Toyota and my Sons New Honda all came WITH First 36,000 miles Free Oil Changes… Guess Kia doesn’t do this?? But Again… Service guy was Nice Enough to help me and paid for my Very First Service ❤️❤️👍👍 So Thank YOU 😊 for this Kia …
