Friendly customer service, very easy process. I felt everything was explained very clearly and any questions were answered.
High priced junk asking way to much for the used vehicles on hand.
Ron responded to email after 3 days, granted it was over the weekend. Was given partial info on vehicle I was looking at. Went to test drive vehicle a
nd discovered more problems than were disclosed and they were obvious such as odometer not working to verify mileage, sliding doors not fully operational. In all fairness he did tell me about the lift gate not opening. In my research the repairs needed would have been well over $1500 more than their asking price even though it was listed as is. Jeff the sales manager was apologetic for having to make such a long drive, however we told him we needed a road trip anyway.
