Been waiting almost two months to get car fixed, first

Been waiting almost two months to get car fixed, first time the mechanic didn’t get it right on what was wrong with it, had to order another part he thinks is correct and now waiting another 3 weeks to get part put in, very bad service and communication

Service

I brought my 2012 in August of 2022 because the AC wasn’t working. We had added one can of freon and checked the pressure prior to bringing it in. I was told it had too much Freon so they took it out and put in the right amount. It worked on the way home and didn’t have needed to use it until May of this year 2023. It didn’t work so I took it in and was told it was low on Freon! Another $228! Took it back and after 3 hours Jeff said it came up with a code and would cost me just under $1000 and would not reimburse the $400 + I had already paid. I asked what the part cost and he said $169. I was so angry about the inept service and being charged for the same thing over and over because they don’t know what they are doing! My friend got the sensor for $125 and it took him 5 minutes to put in. I ended up buying a new car from them and Zac and Alex reimbursed me for the $450 I wasted in the service department. My complaint is with service department and I will go elsewhere to get my car serviced. I give service a 0 *

We like Dondelinger Ford

Worked with Christian Pearson at Dondelinger Ford of Grand Rapids MN. Christian made the purchase process very easy. He was knowledgeable about the F150 we had chosen. If he did not know the answer he found out and didn't try to BS us. Would work with him again.

I went in looking to buy a used truck because mine died...

I went in looking to buy a used truck because mine died and I just needed a cheap used truck. When they found out I could not pay cash I was treated like garbage. After THREE WEEKS of pushing me around I left without a truck. I was meet with resistance the entire process. I have never been treated like this at any dealership I would not recommend this place.

Cruising Comfortably

Thanks for working to find me the perfect fit! Matt, you were right when you told me I would like this Explorer! I should have listened to you this summer when I had traded in my Jeep. Thanks for being so patient with me when I don't understand the electronics and for refreshing my memory when I was in a panic trying to figure out that cruise control. You sure are great at re-explaining things to me over the phone. I appreciate all you did to getting a car found quickly and getting me in and out of the shop quickly while making me slow down enough to get to know my car too. The ride in this is comfortable and I am able to stick to the speed limit without the car feeling one bit draggy. It has the right amount of zip! Oh....as much as I like this Explorer....I think I want that Bronco when it comes out that was on the brochure on your desk! Wow....that looks amazing for up north driving! Can't wait to see them.
