Sangster Motors did a very good job. They quickly and thoroughly serviced my vehicle and were very pleasant to deal with.

I brought my car in unsure if there was a real issue but as a mother of two getting ready to head out of town I wanted to double check my car was safe for out road trip. I brought my car in to ask a few questions and in return Chad Sangster personally drove my car to ensure its safety to drive or not. He concluded that he wasn’t comfortable with me driving my car and took it into the service department. There, it was discovered my front wheel had some loose bolts and was about to fall off the axis completely (explaining this the best I can in my limited car expertise). This could have potentially put myself, my one year old and three year old in harm’s way if we would have taken our car on that road trip. Aside from that discovery, they serviced my car quickly and efficiently and had it out of the shop and returned to me by the end of the following week. I’d also like to acknowledge how stressful car expenses can be, even sometimes devastating to a young family… However, I believe Sangster Motors gave us a very fair price on the parts required and services we received. All this goes to say, I am extremely grateful for Sangster quality service of our car and thoughtfulness of my family’s safety.
