We were at Bob Lowth Ford on July 16, 2022 to inquire about new Explorers. Miranda Lewis helped us and did an excellent job! She allowed us to drive the one on the lot and gave us information as questions came up. Then we sat with her in her office and she answered our many questions. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant. Thank you, Miranda! We had a very good experience at Bob Lowth Ford!!
Never buy from them
Bought a truck from them and have spent $4000 in 7 months. Dealer told me they were going to take me to court for harassment over complaints

It took two service trips to finally get the job done. after the first one I still had a soft pedal. the second appointment they got it right

I purchased a vehicle from Bob Lowth Ford the next day it did start so I called and talked to the service manager that was so rude. He made me call the tow company to get it towed there. I was glad the sales manager took care of me and got everything fix. I will go back to the sales dept but that service manager needs a little training on how to take care of customers.
