I worked with Dylan while buying my truck. I had a lot of anxiety making this purchase . Dylan and the rest of the team made it a wonderful experience. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

If I could give negative stars i absolutely would.

If I could give negative stars i absolutely would. Not only did they lie about doing 500$ or diagnostics for 10 hours, they didn’t even know enough to Check to see the parking break was on, they didn’t even do what i had it brought in for which was the WHOLE PROBLEM. so I had to pay for it AGAIN TO BE BROUGHT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE IT PUT IN AND PROGRAMED AGAIN AFTER SPENDING 500$ on them to do literally nothing and after bringing it else where the thing I had it brought in for, fixed the entire problem. But when I asked for them to explain where they got this 10hours of labor from doe 2 fuses, they yelled at me and tried to gas light me and said “ well at-least it turns on” after 531$! after I had to go in and confront them because no one will call me back. I was told they would call me about a refund and yet again a week later and NO CALL. Had to report them 3 different places finally because of this scam show they’re running and not only did they do this to me but I’ve had OVER 10 PEOPLE say this has been done to them in some form or another in the last month! Do not go here unless you love waisting time and money just to get your car back Broken still.

Adam in service is an asset to Bob Lowth Ford! He’s quick, attentive and always willing to help. I’ve purchased 4 vehicles in the last 9 years and I’ll continue to come back and recommend BLF because of Adam! He is so nice and does what he needs to to help you. Do Not Use This Service Department.

Service Department is horrible- ordered wrong parts, failed to keep me informed, poor customer service, an appointment there only means it will sit in the lot longer than you expected!
