This was our first experience buying a vehicle sight unseen over the internet. I am a USAA member and found the vehicle through their website. there was a problem with an intermediary entering incorrect information about the van's price. Robert walked us through every problem and question we had....working even on New Year's day. We appreciate his professionalism, patience, and ability to bring total clarity to the process. The only issue we had was that we waited and waited for the paperwork and found out that it had not been mailed because we do not have 'street addresses' in King Salmon, Alaska. I wish the office would have contacted us right away instead of waiting until Robert tried to get us a tracking number a week later. Other than that issue, awesome experience. All I need to say is these sales people are no B.S. Period! Smart, no pressure, got my price. The best! I bought new cars from Renton, Fife cadillac dealers. Not good experiences. I’m in Tacoma, was well worth the drive!

Bought my first Cadillac from Dougs and have to say it was the best experience i have had buying a car, very low pressure, friendly staff, and class act. They had a lot of cars being sold the day i bought mine so instead of waiting around to sign they told me to take the car home and they would text me when to come back.
