Discrimination

My experience was horrible, I felt like I was being treated wrong because I'm a young mixed native American and African American female. I identify as a black female when u see me in person Everything was fine and ford garage was willing to work with me and same day service when I was talking on the phone with them. The moment I walked into the shop I felt like I didn't belong. Immediately I was shut down and then after telling the owner what I was told by a employee he says whoever told you that gave u the wrong information. I tell him the name of the employee and he says well u can come cuss him out Monday. To remind u the Monday he was referring to is Martin Luther King Jr day. I immediately think he's saying that because of my color. So over all I would not recommend if your any other race than Caucasian.

Requested more info and pictures

I asked for more information and pictures and they said they would send some. Two days later still nothing so I messaged back and said they'll update it right now. Then not even 5 minutes later they told me the vehicle sold but yet it's still on there website
