Always so accommodating and nice,

Everyone here is always so nice and they get you in quickly and get the work done quickly. No work is always been good and I did buy my Buick here and they were so nice. So I do recommend Rudell for your auto needs!

I've gone to multiple dealerships in my life but have never experienced the service and professionalism displayed by Russell in PA. I have two Chevrolets a 2500 Silverado HD diesel and a GMC Terrain. I took my truck there for the whole kit and caboodle and my wife's Terrain for an oil change. Both times the services were highly professional and the cost very fair. I asked them to change the transmission fluid on my truck along with the the oil, brake and radiator. They called me up and said the transmission fluid was clean and didn't need to be changed. Most dealerships wouldn't do that. Most of the time people will tell you not to go to the dealership because they're to expensive and to find a 3rd party to do the work. Not in this case. Russell will continue to be my go to service for all my future maintenance need on both my vehicles.

Service was very fast and service personal were very helpful and courteous. Waiting room was very comfortable and had complimentary coffee and I was given a free calendar

Oil change Service

Ruddell’s is as good as they come! Went in for an oil change and everyone was very professional. Service was done quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be going back! Shout out to Dylan and the rest of the quick lube team, you are all awesome!!

Very good servicing! Always gets me thru service department quickly. Very friendly when I go in. If ever not satisfied they will correct very quickly.

Internet sales

This place won't negotiate prices ad actually gave me a week deadline for price of trade in offer, will be going out of state to purchase same type of vehicle because dealership was willing to work a numbers deal that worked for both of us I would recommend not to deal with people who are only out for themselves

As far as price flexibility, we do not have the room to reduce that truck down to where you wanted - we all have our limits, you have yours and we have ours - and we simply cannot get there, there are no hard feelings. We paid a p remium for the truck and we have it priced accordingly. Regarding the time limit on the offer for your vehicle, we do have an expiration on offers to purchase and we are open and transparent about that. The market changes and we have our offers time-based, just like manufacturers do. We are sorry this isn't to your liking, but it is a necessity in the business world to have timelines and limits. As far as you "trolling" us here on Google and then on Facebook from a "blind" and "invisible" account, and accusing us of "a lost sale from pure greed," that is baseless and unreasonable and I am sure readers will factor in these things as they read your account of events. We are a for profit business, but we generously give back to our community with our time, talents and resources, and we are reasonable and not greedy. It is sad that you feel the need to be so aggressive and caustic with your comments. All the same, we wish you well on finding a lower priced truck,and one that better suites your budget. Excellent first experience at Ruddell

My wife and I came here for the first time looking for a used vehicle. We were helped by Nic Harrison, one of their newer sales people. The dealership has been around for a long time and it has done a lot of good for the community. You can tell the family that owns it cares. It was also very clean inside. Nic is very good at his job. He talked us through everything, showed us only what we asked to see (the first vehicle was the winner), and at no point did we ever feel pressured to make a purchase. We had to wait a while to see the person in the finance department after we had chosen a vehicle so we simply sat at Nic's desk and chatted with him. As I mentioned above, we left the lot with the vehicle we wanted. Nic was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process and even sent me a text later that day, thanking us and letting us know we can contact him with any questions. I also want to give a shout out to the manager, who came by to say hi to us early on, and to Greg Smith, the gentleman in financing. He was very nice and helpful, as well. P.S. We were the first people to ring the bell!

Great costumer service

I highly recommend this dealership and was absolutely satisfied with the service I got. My sales associate, Ken, helped me figure out a fit car just for me, although its not in my price range yet, I will be saving up for it when I get to that point. Thank you so much, and still highly recommend this dealership.
