I had a great experience with Francisco, he was very kind, professional and respectful of all my wishes. I asked if he could work numbers on a vehicle I was looking to purchase without damaging my credit too bad with tons of hard inquiries. He made sure to do just that! He contacted for any bank responses and made to check with me, before running my credit off to another bank for approval. He definitely made our vehicle buying experience smooth, comfortable, without any pressure to purchase. He definitely made sure to satisfy all of our needs before signing a deal. Iโ€™ll be returning to him again in the near future for my next vehicle purchase.

Once my purchase was completed sales would not answer a

Once my purchase was completed sales would not answer a phone or have anything to do with. One person in service took care of everything for me. He had to clear everything through sales so it took 2 weeks. He should be the general manager!!!โ€™ Great communication skills. Sales - not so much!!

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and when

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and when I went to pick it up it was filthy inside and out. Along with this donโ€™t bother trying to get ahold of anyone by phone as they simple will not answer. I have never experienced such poor service and they somehow made buying a brand new vehicle underwhelming.

Efficient buying experience!

Efficient buying experience! We drove four hours to the dealership, in order to purchase a truck we found online. The entire process was streamlined, easy, and guided by a great team. Our salesman, Gabe Serrano, answered all our questions in advance and sent scores of great photos. It felt as if we had nearly done a test drive even before we left for the dealership. The rest of the Corwin Kalispell team, to include Connor and Justin, were fantastic! I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you, Corwin Kalispell.
