Write a reviewWorst chevy dealership I have done business with.
Worst chevy dealership I have done business with. Still waiting on a refund on a cancelled contract that I had to inquire about multiple times . Taxes and fees weren’t done correctly for my out of state purchase. Was told I need to eat it . Lack of customer service. Would never buy from again !

Ryan Chevrolet of Minot aka Ryan Family Dealerships .
Ryan Chevrolet of Minot aka Ryan Family Dealerships ... What can I say, you guys are something else. I've held my tongue but when you continue to stack up the resons to make a public post, I'll put you on full blast finally. In November I bought a brand new 2025 Chevy 2500HD $80,000 truck. So, come January when the first service was due, you dropped my truck off your lift and damage the xxxx out of it to the point I refused to take it back, even the body shop said it was in my best interest to not take it back especially since your dealership did not report the damage (the reports show it was taken in for a service then sold to the dealership as if it was being used by an employee) and resold it as if nothing happened for $75,000. Then when I got the replacement truck, you charged me more ($85,000) and refused to give me Any sort of discount for the headache and trouble you caused. All of this way done because I took it in for an oil change! Now, my first oil change was done elsewhere but I figured before I drive this truck to Canada I would have them do the free service that was still owed so they could do the vehicle inspection that goes with it. So, I take it to you against my better judgement, and you proceed to spill DEF fluid all over the truck, not clean it off, and refuse to wash my truck period because I have a diesel slip tank in the bed. Not sure how you spilled that much in the first place when the DEF tank still isnt full. Like Seriously? You clearly don't understand what DEF does to paint, or you're employees literally do not give a xxxx about people's vehicles. And then, I find half a jug of DEF fluid just chilling on the passenger floor of my truck? Why would anyone want an open jug of DEF (not a square box that sits stable but a skinny tall jug that's easy to fall over) inside the passenger part of any vehicle? Do you know what DEF is Ryan Chevrolet? Clearly not, its urea, meaning it stinks like cat xxxx and its corrosive. It destroys paint, it's hard on metal, and the scent is insanely hard to remove. But what do you care? Its not your truck, right? This dealership is a complete joke from the top to the bottom. From now on, Ryan Family Dealerships will never touch my truck again, nor will any recommendations be made to anyone i know to use you or even purchase from you. xxxx, your solution to the garbage paint job that chips easily is to sell me mud flaps for 3x what the same ones go for online instead of dealing with the issue yourself. There's plenty of reputable service shops that don't take an hour to do a simple oil change and charge less at that. Money, thats the only thing you care about. Customer satisfaction by management is last on the list!

Jd, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we want to address the situation clearly. Regarding your first truck, the damage was reported and is reflected on the Carfax. We gave you full value for the vehicle (minus tax and title, which are set by the state), and a replacement truck was offered. On your recent visit, we did not handle things the way we should have. The DEF spill should have been addressed before the truck left, and we take full responsibility for that. We did offer to clean it up, but we did not receive a response. We understand your frustration and regret that we did not meet your expectations. While it’s clear you've decided to move on, we appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our service.
i had an appt.
i had an appt. for an airbag update yesterday at 9 a.m. i said i also wanted the park assist system fixed. after being in waiting room for 5 hrs i asked what was going on. he said they were waiting for approval from our vehicle maintenance company. i find out later they did an inspection on total vehicle and had applied to our company to fix a bunch of other things that i had not mentioned and the total was 3800.00 for things i did not want or tell them to fix. meanwhile, my service clerk let me sit there the whole time and never once came and told me what was going on or i could have told them to just fix the park sensor issue. at 2 p.m. when this was all discovered he said they could get all the work done yet that day. there was approx. 12 hrs labor on the estimate and not sure how they would have got this done by 5. i ended up taking my vehicle without getting the park assist fixed.

I purchased a 2013 Corvette from Ryans Dealership a year
I purchased a 2013 Corvette from Ryans Dealership a year ago and purchased the additional warranty. My air conditioner started blowing hot on one side and cold on the other and the zones would not separate. I took my car there on June 30th of 2023. I had a slight melt down in their service department after the fifth week of waiting and was referred to their service manager, Steve. I thought well now maybe I will get somewhere. Four weeks later (nine weeks total, 62 days) I was told last Monday it would be ready in two days. I went by there today and now they are saying next Tuesday which will be day sixty seven (67). How could this happen other than sheer irresponsibility on the dealerships part. I will never ever do business with this dealership again. This starts at the top so whoever their General Manager is needs replacing.

Not Happy
When I bought the pickup from them. I was to get two oil changes and tire rotations free. Nothing said about a time limit. I was charged for the rotation but not the oil change on my second round. Like they were giving that for free. I have had two other poor experiences with their services. Truly sorry I bought from this outfit. P.S. the buy was fine, it's their service that stinks

Bobby Stokes: Best Car Salesman!
My family and I needed a bigger vehicle but needed to stay within a budget. Bobby Stokes was our salesman and did an excellent job finding both a bigger car and for the right price. The process was smooth and easy. He is a brilliant salesman and kept us laughing, as you know the buying process can be long. He was super accommodating and made sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable buying. There was no pressure and hassle. The experience was different than all others before. We will be back!
