I’ve been going there for over 4 years now and the service is always excellent. Every staff person I’ve met has been on the ball, super nice and helpful. Even the waiting room coffee is really good, and the courtesy car/driver has helped me out so many times. I don’t know much about truck mechanics, but I feel I can trust them. I stick to their maintenance schedule and I’ve never had any problems or felt over charged. As a single older woman, I am SUPER grateful!

Sometimes living remotely I am not able to give the dealership service department the advance notice I should to get my car worked on. Last week was just one of those situations. I called late the night before to see if I could get my truck in to get an oil change and the next morning they called and said they would do their best but no guarantee, to go ahead and bring my truck in around 10:30 AM. I showed up on time and figured maybe two hours to get an oil change if they were super busy and was most pleasantly surprised when they called my name an hour later saying my truck was done! Every time I bring my truck in for service these guys do a great job of working with my hard schedule . Highly recommend.
