Great service and friendly, helpful staff!
I had some service done on my 2013 Edge: My AC water drainage tube was blocked by a large bug in the tube. the technician removed the bug from the tube, and the problem was solved. The service was done in a timely manner, and the service manager advised me what I should do if there were any remaining problems with the water that had accumulated on my floorboards in the front of my vehicle. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my service, and the staff was very helpful.

My 2014 Edge
I have a 2014 Edge I just had it in for an oil change and they checked everything well doing the oil change I was very pleased with the way everyone there there and how polite they all were.

Awesome Job Jay, Josh and C and M Ford
I bought a 2015 F-350 Lariat 6.7 diesel. I had 5 other dealerships looking for the same vehicle. I got the price from the other 5 dealerships and a friend of mine told me to wait for a few days and he will get me in contact with Jay. I waited a few days and spoke to Jay and Jay gave me a price that was $300 lower than any of the other 5 dealers for the same identical f350. Every other dealership told me that they gave me their best price which ranged from $300 to $1600 more. In fact the dealership that was $1600 more came back to me after I bought from C and M and said "I could have beat that price all day" and I said "if you could have you should have up front and you would have yourself a deal" Jay and Josh did an outstanding job and I appreciate it. I would recommend C and M to everyone. Thank you very much. Ben
