As a customer I fully own up to the fact that I am a hard person to work with. It's ok, it has been like that my whole life. I really didn't want to buy a vehicle but my truck was on it's last leg and I did not want to be stranded between Fairbanks and Anchorage. I walked in because I know a mechanic there and a sales person who is a friend of a friend who I now consider one of my friends. They both answered all of my questions and when I got a little nervous they both worked with me on what I need worked out. After I decided on a vehicle it was late and the finance person said he would get with me tomorrow to see he could make it work and I said that's fine and I am not holding my breath. The next day they called and said everything is approved so come on down! Now the excitement came because this is my first new car and I am 53 years old and I couldn't stop smiling. Every single person that I came into contact with was awesome, there was even a guy showing me videos about my Jeep while the sales person had to talk to a finance person. Long story short, this was an amazing experience.

I have been a customer of Lithia's for years. I've experienced a few bumps; however in the end they have always taken care of me. In my most recent visit, I explained my issues to Kenny and he and the service team took care of them. He expressed concern with the problems and they did what they could to extinguish them.

I didn't come in to buy a car. I was having service done on our older Chrysler. A young man came over and asked me if I wanted to look at a newer model of my car. When I was looking at our present new car, Troy came over and explained all the new gadgets to me. Troy was very helpful and patient to us older folks. I know I asked some of the same questions more than once. When we picked the new car up, he sat with us in the car to help us set up the many different programs and make sure we understood the systems. I thought that was beyond his normal job. Troy was very knowledgeable about the workings of the Chrysler 300S. Marcus made all the signing easier. He had everything all copied and explained every page to us. He was knowledgeable and patient.

The dealship provided excellent service. The repair was was completed in timely manner Kenny the service repressive was very polite. He went over all details of the repairs performed on my vehicle

Had me in and out in no time at all Very friendly and efficient I liked that I didn't have to make an appointment, could just walk in. The only thing I would have liked them to vacum out my front floorboards. Years ago my dealership in Idaho would always do that with a service. It would just be a little extra nice thing they could do. But was happy with everything Berta Jensen

I can not express enough how nice it was to come to a dealer that, meet you at the door, brought the vehicles to you rather than you walking on the ice, looking and finding the vehicle with the specifications you asked for and then working with you to meet your budget. I wasn't sure if I was really wanted to get a new vehicle. The knowledge about all levels aspects of all the vehicles shown to me was impressive. I enjoyed the overall experience in buying my new truck and greatly appreciated that I never felt pressured.
