As easy as possible
John Palmer made our trade in, and upgrade, as easy as possible. We got a great deal, and he finance department even found more ways to make it cheaper for us. At the end of everything, John was quick to remind us that if we ever need anything, to let him know, and gave us his number. As long as we are in Alaska, we will continue going back for automotive needs.

Always been good to me!
Jeep has always been helpful to ME. I have heard poor reviews by word of mouth from others but have never experienced anything less than great service here! I've been using the service center for oil changes as well as maintenance/repairs for YEARS. Kenny Ellert is my go-to guy and has always gone over the top for me- exceptional service! Whenever I call, Tony Allen and Nathan Schaeffer are always very pleasant and helpful as well. I had a great experience working with Mike Phommaxaysy when I bought my Jeep last week. I highly recommend Lithia South, they've always been good to me.

This was our first time at Lithia and Mr Patrick Osbon made it a great buying experience. WOW!! Amazing service, professional, courteous and competent
On 1/28/2017 I took my Jeep Liberty in for service. Keoni was professional, mindful of my busy schedule and assured me that he and Travis (technician) would find and resolve the issue. Keoni and Travis resurfaced my struts and replaced my brake pads for a good price. Travis drove me around for a test drive to ensure that the problem was resolved. I was pleased with the customer service, polite and professional attitudes, and prompt yet thorough service. I called during the week because I thought I was having the same issue. Over the phone, we scheduled an appointment with Clayton McCurdy and Travis to take another look. So I knew before I arrived today that they would help me with my Jeep Liberty. When I arrived, I was annoyed and a little irate that I seemed to still have this issue = unpleasant customer. However, Clayton McCurdy, Keoni, and Travis were still polite, professional, attentive and competent to get to the bottom of my issue. Well, the bottom line is that the great guys at Lithia Jeep uncovered incomplete, unprofessional repairs by another local body shop as the source of my issue. Ultimately, since my Jeep Liberty must be towed (2 days from now) = undriveable! Clayton/Lithia Jeep graciously allowed me to leave my car there today and be towed on MONDAY. So I was stranded at Lithia Jeep. NOTE: My insurance company only has contracts for towing and with rental car companies that work Monday - Friday. Today is Saturday!!!! Guess what?! Lithia Jeep rents cars! Pam helped me complete that task. Although Keoni was busy helping other customers, when Keoni noticed that I had been at Jeep Lithia for close to 4 hours; Keoni came by and asked me how everything was going and if I was okay. Although I have insurance, Jeep Lithia was there for me - BIG TIME!

Mark really helped me out and I told him what I wanted and found exactly that! Helped me by holding my little one so I can sign. Although it took forever, mark kept the conversation going so the wait didn't feel too long. Awesome guy!

LOVE MY WRANGLER!
